Rand Paul is one of th few Senators that respect the Constitution and as we are beginning to see, most of the Senate does not care aobut the violations taking place against our Constitution, which means they are openly violating the oath they each take to defend and protect the Constitution, which shows them to be deceptive and untrustworthy.

Is it possible that reason that the Congress didn't debate or discuss FISA was because their handlers didn't want to research it. Is it possible their handlers were too busy scoring illegal and legal drugs for their bosses parties and arranging methods of fleecing the grants and other monetary outlays from Congress to the pockets of a family member of the Senator or Congressperson.

The whole program needs to go, there are other ways to find out about foreigners in and out of our Country. The FBI/CIA (including the other 3 letter agencies) have given themselves way too much power without checks and balances. Kinda like what Congress has done by giving themselves RAISES and other perks which is illegal, but the gave themselves (Pelosi) voting powers to simply vote for things that Our Constitution says, they will work for NO PAY, and keep their day jobs.
