Kate Briefed on Early Years Study

- The Princess of Wales has been briefed on a report released by her early years foundation. The private briefing was given by The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.
In March the Princess of Wales announced she was receiving treatment for cancer. Kate has stepped back from public duties until she is cleared by her medical team.
Kensington Palace said the briefing should not be misinterpreted as a “return to work” for the princess. The Princess of Wales opted for a private briefing over attending the formal launch of the report in the City of London.
Despite her illness, Kate is said to have remained a “driving force” behind the early years foundation’s work. Kate’s continued involvement while she recovers is a sign of her passion for early years development.
The latest report was created by a taskforce of business leaders from around the UK. It claimed that the UK economy could make up to £45.5bn from a better approach to children’s early years development.
The report looked at the pressures of balancing parenthood with work. It’s been reported that Kate was “excited” by the report.

Yet you can't get her title correct either, and no, she did not earn it. She, through her marriage to the man who holds the title of HRH The Prince of Wales, is HRH The Princess of Wales. Only ex-wives of Princes of Wales have their name in their titles because they are no longer THE Princess of Wales as they are not married to THE Prince of Wales. None of these titles are earned. They are inherited by blood or through marriage! Any woman who married the Prince of Wales or is married to him when he becomes The Prince of Wales is automatically The Princess of Wales whether or not she uses the title which Camilla did not. Same goes for Kings and Queens Consort.

She is not a princess in her own right, so "Princess Catherine" IS NOT her title, but people just call her that because she is in fact HRH The Princess of Wales. I call her Catherine, Kate, or The Princess of Wales. What people want to call her and what her actual title is are two very different things. BUT if you are going to talk about what her proper title is and use the HRH style, you need to use her proper title, not one that does not exist. Di was called Princess Diana, but that wasn't her title either.

Bless her. As the King had been doing, Princess Catherine is working at home. Nothing unusual. Many folk did it during the pandemic. The difference is the Princess needs the isolation to recover. She is being very sensible.

If you look at Queen Mary's list of titles which she had, you will see it there as well because she too was HRH The Princess of Wales before becoming Queen unlike the Queen Mother who jumped from The Duchess of York to Queen after the abdication and Camilla who did not formally use the title.
She is not. Her name is not even in her title because she doesn't hold that title in her own right. See the Royal Family website for clarification on what her actual title is.
