GINGERBREAD COOKIES | Perfect and eggless

These GINGERBREAD COOKIES are the easiest but yummiest. Use this dough to make ginger man cookies, gingerbread houses or even gingerbread trees!
1 cup maida
1/4 cup (50 g) butter at room temp.
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syurp/honey
1/2 tbsp chai masala powder (or use a mix of cinnamon, cardamom and clove powder)
1 tsp ginge powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
For the icing-
1/4 cup icing sugar
1-2 tbsp milk
Bake them at 160 degrees for 16-18 mins or till golden brown.
Let them cool and ice with the icing.
