wanna cleaner wire trick? all you need is aux and some type of solder. you have to take out radio and open it. find spot where is that tape reader. there must be 3 wires. left . right. ground for tape input. cut or just solder your cable on it. now you can run cleaner wires ;)

3 months late but it's connected to a 12v slot in your car (the one those cigarette lighter's use) and it has bt and fm built in so you're done. Just connect your phone to the transmitter and it shows which frequency to tune your radio in to.
Downside is some of these have a worse quality than actual bt receivers.

if a bluetooth fm transmitter is anything like an aux fm transmitter, the quality is not good!
I can get CD quality (320kbps) through a module i plugged into my cd changer port, and with the bluetooth module...I think it would be a bit less than CD quality but still high quality.
but with an fm transmitter, you are talking crap quality. Maybe 128kbps at best.
