Awesome video, I grew up in a region where this dessert was very popular, but never thought about how much calories one of those cubic pieces contain, any idea?
Thankyou so much! For a serving of 28 gm or 2 tbsp, depending on the ingredients used, the Tahini halva with pistachios can have calories between the range of 150 to 200.
@@essentialspicesbyuzma838 great buddy, appreciate your informative reply❤

The whole recipe is in the video itself. The lower end titles explain each & everything in detail. Just check!
@@essentialspicesbyuzma838 -- Thank you, dear one, for sharing this with us and for responding so quickly! You are an Angel!
Hi! Thank you, it looks delicious, I would love to do it, can I use honey instead sugar? Thank you ❤
Thank you so much! Adding honey instead of sugar will change the texture, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
Kindly change font size as this size of gont is in visible .cant follow the measurement.
Thankyou for liking!
Font size in this title style & title can’t be changed. Another solution is to watch the recipe video on a comparatively big screen instead of phone.
I hope this will help & solve the problem.
Does Halva require refrigeration? Could Halva be used as a hiking snack, keeping it in a backpack for multiple days?
Thankyou for liking.
At the time of making, you need to refrigerate it to develop taste & texture. Once ready, you can take it anywhere as a snack in your bag.

Can you use store bought tehina paste?
Yes, you can use store bought tahini paste.

All instructions are not auto generated from audio to text but written personally. That’s why these can’t be converted into any other language. I wish i had the option of language but i will write down the ingredients for Turkish Halva.
Ingredients :
White Sesame Seeds 1-1/2 cup
White Sugar in powder form 3/4 cup
Nido whole milk powder 1 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Cardamom pwd 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter 2 Tbsp
Pistachios 1 to 2 Tbsp to be mixed in it & some chopped pistachios for the base

I would love to do this but these instructions are not from audio to text but written personally. So I can’t add turkish text as i don’t know Turkish language but i will try to search for any possible solution.
Just add ready made tahini to powered sugar n nuts
Then the ratio of dry & wet ingredients will be changed & the result will not be good or if you increase the amount of sugar to balance the ratio then it will become too sweet.
Today I made it like you did, but the texture did not work for me. It became very soft, and the sesame was too toasted 😢
Try to follow the instructions carefully to get the best result. Just do every step perfectly to get perfect result.
Believe in yourself you can do it.
@@essentialspicesbyuzma838 Thank you,love you from Canada 🇨🇦
if you can please give the recipe on your video I would subscribe
Thanks for liking!
Recipe is well explained in the video in the titles. Just read those titles & you will understand everything.
It’s a pity about the unhealthy white sugar … if only there was a way of making this with raw honey ?
Date powder
I wonder if you could substitute monk fruit instead?
I can understand your concern about using healthy substitute for sugar. Then the texture will be totally different.
Palestine Iran Turkeie and Yemen is my ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.....
I really love ❤ Turkey, Iran, Yemen and Palestine.....
I don't like Saudi, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan and Egypt....
Thank you, Allah bless you
What is about halva. The video is about halva ,not the “ love “ to some countries
Same .
I can't tolerate USA UK and Israel 😮😮😮.....
Another Turkish falsified facts. Halwa is not Turkish but another stolen recipe claimed to be Turkish.
There you go another truth teller (most probably she’s an Arminian or Greek descents) If you know stolen recipe please tell us the origin of the Helva.
