Same opinion about EVM Škoda. When I contacted them for ABS Sensor problem they insisted me on changing Battery without no reason. For ₹5,600 costs sensor they were demanding 7,200 battery change. Fed up with warranty issues. The interesting thing is Škoda is one of superb cars with diesel engine.
At the same time I have serviced Pinnacle Škoda & Gem Phoenix Škoda. Both are far better than EVM.
Whatever You Said about EVM IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE, I'M A POLO OWNER AND CONSTANTLY THEY DOES THE SAME TO ME.

1. Lift kit - not just coils and suspension , full kit including steering dampers , headlight level adjustment , correction bushes etc...
2. MT tyres 235/75/15
3. Snorkel
4. Diff locks front and rear or atleast rear
5. Diff breathers and underbody protection
Then Jimny is literally unstoppable . Can beat vehicles twice/thrice it's price in offroad . It might cost 1/4th of Jimny's price though

I really got the idea one thing for Sure tgat INDIANs love Beefed Up pooking Maxho looking Cars, thats why they prefer THAR thsn this capable guy. Many people Under rare this car capacity, but its the same workhorse like THAR, but not Macho looking, but if u look at the Practical way JIMNY scores more than THAR, (example like Boot Space, Rear Seat Entry / Exit, Mileage, Manurability in City area etc)

If jimny was launched as 2 door with on road price of 15 lakhs it would have sold more . The 4 seater is a sham . Doesnt serve any family purpose . No family member will happily sit in a cramped space . So theyre neither getting family customers nor cost concious ones
