I had to get them from the seafood area. Sometimes they’ll have them bagged up like when you get them weighed out. Either or works

No they don’t check the fish before you leave. Unless the game warden happens to check you

@@richierich24d26 Ramp is always open. The best time is early in the morning or in the evening around 5 pm. They not too strict.
