@@GMurph2336 search it up, Calaveras lake and braunig lake are owned by CPS and they are power plant lakes. “According to a September 2022 report from Environmental America, some environmental and health advocates warn that the chromium discharged into Calaveras Lake by the J.K. Spruce Power Plant may threaten the health of people who eat fish from the lake”

How come theres red fish in a lake that really cool, i thought ted fish was a salt water fish
@@Sanluispotosi12 They can tolerate freshwater, but they can't reproduce in it. They stocked at least once a year I believe.

@@moisestorres90 They are raised in the hatchery and released as fingerlings. They are sterile so they can’t breed!

How far you walk out to cast?
I walk to at least little above waste high. And after you throw it just let it sink don’t pull on the line because the hooks love snag rocks. Just make sure the line is straight
