It’s the ‘Windrush fire’ which drives Royal Marine Jordan and his family. In 1948 the Empire Windrush arrived in the UK bringing hundreds of Commonwealth citizens seeking a new life. Among some of the first settlers were the grandparents of L/Cpl Jordan Dawes, who forged a new life for their family in the West Midlands. Decades later, their pioneering spirit continues to light a fire in the belly of the Dawes family to strive to serve the UK while remaining true to their Caribbean roots.

Just take the best candidates, problem solved, I like the video though, it demonstrates that serving one's nation is the highest honor for all in the land.
The video is not addressing the acceptance of recruits, it’s talking about after they join, what they experience etc.
A great story of how men have a great influence on a family's life, generation to generation and serving their nation.
It must have been so hard for people to leave their homeland to go to another country, to have a better life with their family. They stuck with it through all the hardships and now they are an integral part of our community and as we have seen here, some proudly serving that community. Well done to each and every one of them.

The reason ethnic minorities are underrepresented has nothing to do with discrimination, it’s simply because immigrants are obviously not as patriotic as native British people because they either were not born/raised here or their parents weren’t.

The army was built from the Roman empire, on the back of the Greek...so to have a massive amount of people who don't know history going on about immigration is a bit like the dark ages. And if it's academic-tier-system of economics continues I don't think anyone will join because *2020 lit. proved that constitutionalism isn't the best form.
