Oh man, Tks so much for the tips. especially the Dip pen tip. It works perfectly with Parker quink ink. No mess at all!
No problem happy to have helped
Thank you so much for posting this video! I’m really excited to finally put to work my pens after all the guessing work. Your idea of using it as a dip pen is priceless, and the exercises are straightforward and easy to follow. Greetings from Montreal 😊
Happy they helped and thank you for the support
Thank you for your wonderful video!
You're welcome thank you for watching I appreciate it
Thank you!! Love your videos
thank you josh I appreciate it
I just bought this pen and it took some getting used to. I appreciate the tips! Glad I could just dip it in the ink.
No problem and make sure the ink is not one that will clog up the pen. It has to be thin to not mess it up.
JostenDooley2 That’s a good point! I have India ink I wonder would that be too thick🧐 perhaps fountain pen ink would be better
@@SistahBear1 idk if you ever ended up using the india ink but I would recommend watercolor inks. Some great brands are Ecoline and Colorex.
@@Erocks301 I did try the India ink and it clogged 😅 but I appreciate learning about the water color inks. I will try some of those. Thanks for those brands!
Using a blunt-tipped syringe, you can also refill those cartridges from your ink bottles.
This is true you definitely can do that
Curious what paper are you using there? I notice it’s graph paper but the graph paper I find and use the calligraphy Ink always bleeds through
rhodia pad
@@JostenDooley thanks1
