  • This is one of my favorite foods in the whole world. Simple, delicious pork and shrimp wontons drizzled with chile crisp… it honestly doesn’t get much better than that. Plus, they’re super easy to assemble, the only mistake you can make is overstuffing your wonton wrapper.

    Made these and they were a huge success! A bit labour- intensive but well worth it and fun to make. Made 38 for four people and they disappeared in no time!

    The key ingredient is Sichuan Peppercorn(Hua Jiao), which is probably the most UNDERRATED spice in the world!

    Definitely putting this on the list to try out. I'm in New Brunswick. The one in Canada:-) We get really nice local scallops. What do you think about minced scallops instead of shrimp?
