I have had the Glock 26 for 15+ years (carried as duty weapon for many of those years) and recently purchased a Sig P365. Love the P365 - much easier to carry and conceal and shots great! Keeping my Glock, but will carry the Sig.
I have a sig p365 and sig p365xl, I have over 5000 rounds through them both and they are very reliable, no malfunctions, no light primer strikes, no issues what so ever. Definitely need an uplula for loading. The springs for the magazine are really stiff, even after 5000 rounds the magazines are still pretty stiff.
I prefer the Sig P365 s my EDC, its very concealable and in a Vedder or winthrop OWB form fitting you dont realize its on you .............. where I am at normally cannot have larger than a ten capacity magazine, so i carry fiv extra magazines at ALL times! I love my GLOCKS, have nearly every sub compact and all mid size models in all sizes. The sig is just smaller carry more in its class and with the MANUAL safety ike the M&P shield fits ME:)
I bought one with the manual safety. Great gun, love it, very concealable. Have shot a few hundred rounds already and have not experienced any failures. Clean and oil after each use. I use it with a 12 round magazine with 1 in the chamber for a pocket gun. Extremely concealable with good capacity.
I retired my Glock 43 for the p365. . The P365 is a better gun. The slide, sights, trigger, and capacity are better than the Glock . It's a 10 yard gun, that's it. Strictly carry. The same applies to the 26 that i happened to own but sold because i did not like the fat grip.
Dont really understand the hoping the gun fails just because it's not a glock I know people love their glocks I understand it completely but glock isnt the only one anymore like alot of people used to think alot of gun companies arent too far behind glock and a few are right there with glock at this point
I think it's a little bit scary when you have a crap tone of bad reviews and recalls from sig, I get they have probably fixed the issues, but it's just a little scary. I really want one I ended up just buying a 43 but I might still pick up a 365 and shoot at least 1000 round threw it before I know if I can trust it.I know that's probably extreme but the way I see it statistically any of us ccw holders have a very low chance of us being involved in a shooting, so I just need to feel 100 percent it's going to work. Sorry for the long comment haha
The Glock 26 it's just much heavier and more bulky the problem is it's only 10 rounds this gun the Sig p365 comes with 210 or 12 round magazine you could get a 15 round magazine with a pinky grip on it it really fits your hand good with the skin also the 10 rounds you could buy the pinky grips they're not that much money and put them on yourself they are very easy to do they're not like the Glock magazines where you need a special too and really break your fingers trying to get it off but anyway it's a great gun and a great video I give it five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯👍
Freddy Claudio shoot better than a g19, no.... but is it shootable. Yes. The xl is a nicer shooting experience. I have both and prefer the xl sometimes
I love the 2 tone. I see only cabelas and bass pro shop sells them and this is the only video I’ve seen on it. I think I may pick it up. Wanna get the grip module to match the stainless and keep the black grip and black accents
Coby Hester ya, it’s really weird. I got one from Cabellas. You can’t even find them on Sigs website. Wonder if it was an exclusive for cabellas/bass pro 🤷♂️. I originally wanted black, but the more I look at the 2 tone the more I like it.
I'll trade you my Black 365 for your two tone. 😂 I love that look. I added a rubber grip sleeve, and switched to the extended mag grip. I feel it handles and feels better, almost like a 26 without the bulk.
Good video, I started with P365. Now considering G26 g5, I will keep my 365, but my meat hook hands too large for P365, going to range to rent a G26 and compare with my 365. I do have a G19 g5, and no issues there.
I'm not necessarily a Glock fanboy, it's just what I prefer to carry due to years of training with them. I also carry and shoot several other brands. Including a Taurus G2c. About to pick up a P365 in the next month to see if I like carrying it better than my trusty Glock 26!
Yep. Bugs the hell out of me too. When I first got into shooting, I was told to buy what you shoot best with and most accurate and feels most comfortable. I started with a Walther P99, then added MP40c, P365 is on the way. Now just need to add an HK, to get all the firearms I like with the obvious omission of Glock. If your a glock fan boy, feel free to make fun of hi point and kel tech, but remember, Glock is about the cheapest guns outside of those ultra cheap brands and anyone looking to buy a gun could buy one if they wanted, some of us just aren’t sheep and can make our own decisions. Oh ya, also have a little ruger SR22 go check out all the problems with the Glock g44. The thing has some big time problems and the sr22, and MP22 blow that POS away. They just blindly think that everything glock does is perfect.

Ive never purchased anything I had doubts about. Why would anyone purchase a gun and say “let’s hope it works”? That being said if for some odd reason problems occur that’s something unforeseen but if I’m not confident in something my money doesn’t get spent.
It’s my job to test it for you. I also am in a situation where I can get my money back regardless. Also in this situation it’s worth the test to me because of how much smaller and easier to carry it is than the G26.
This gun holds the same amount of ammo as the 26 and is substantially easier to carry. The embarrassment is mainly because I’ve been a strong Glock believer my whole adult life. Lol
The imprint on a Glock 26 is so small as it is went no felt recoil compared to a 365 or 365xl. People kill me trying to find the smallest tiniest little gun not realizing the recoil is gonna be more pronounced. Not worth the trade off IMHO
Hey. Is the p365 still shooting low? Just got mine(from Cabela’s also), took it to the range (relatively new shooter) and it seems to dive bomb. I use a combat hold (front sight covers the target) and it’s still low. Not low left, just low. Put 125 rounds through it. Shooting 115grain blazer. But I might change the ammo around.
“Throw it back in the sig guys face”. Why? Either it’s one of, if not the best small 9mm carry guns currently out there, or it’s not. Glocks are awesome pistols and they just work, but so do several other name brand gun companies out there. Limiting ones choice to a single offering is just that, “limiting”. Explore the fruits of mans creations; who knows you might just find that you’re not just a Glock guy, you’re a Sig guy too. :wink:
That's what most people that don't have Glocks say Of course any gun can have problems. But Glocks tend to have much less problems. Not a fan boy but it's the truth.
Anyway to make the grip beefy. Love shooting my friend. I have big hands. Flush mag was awful for me. Pinky mag felt great. Just need to beef up the grip
Hickok45 also has huge hands and he talks about using grip tape around his p365 grip to add circumference. He also mentioned Talon Grips as a good solution. Hogue may also offer a rubber overgrip.
Amorphous Gear I had the Glock 26 sold it. Got the Springfield XD9 sub. It’s to heavy. My Glock 36 with a peerless plus 1 extension is good. But I traded it and my AR for a kimber custom 4inch. I want a small weapon I can fit in my pocket. And light enough to be work with gym pants if tied. This sig shoots like a dream. Prob going to double tape it. I’m way to chubby to appendix carry.

Getting hot like 50 times..uh yea..duh!..so puts glove on..magazines suck to load..lol My 14 year old loaded with no problem and never needed a glove..lol...glocks must only get warm and not hot only after 1000 rnds...knew he was a cry boy,like most Glock shooters are.you never see this type of complaining from a sig,Remington,Winchester lover,go figure..what a waste of time watching this....lol

My g26 is now the SHTF gun after p365 came into my possession. 12 round mag makes it (p365) perfect for me.
Striker drag is almost always happening on small short barreled pistols.

The trick with these mags, is to push down on the rear of the top round, while loading the next round.
Hikok45 just dropped his video on the p365 xl and he said it's been trouble free just like the three regular p365 his family owns

My summer carry is a two tone p365 with a date of Aug 2019, my winter carry is a Glock 19... Both excellent guns. Both work super well. Great video 👍

Smart trade off for the p365. If one needs something a bit bigger- there's the great p365xl. Bigger than that and one can carry a g19 or p320c.

That's the problems with the 365 . It's has more recoil them a G26. People seem to be stuck on the tiny size of the sig but forget that.

Going though about 150 rounds each session with out it will rub my thumbs raw

It sounds like this gun is simply too small for your hands. Does your trigger finder come to far over the trigger? If so, I’d look at the Glock 26.

Buy a new one made in 2019. The date of build is printed on a label on the plastic case.
