Simulators can be the biggest games in the world or total flops, so here are new ones that we know are good. Click here: bit.ly/TrainSimWorld4-GamerZakh to check out Train Sim World 4, thanks to Dovetail Games for sponsoring.
Sorry, I gotta ask because it's been bothering me. Is the background music playing in the video "Vigil" from the Mass Effect soundtrack?
@@bwalker77 No worries you can always ask any question. The music I use isn't from any particular game, I have a music service I pay for so I don't have to worry about copyright issues. However, quite often these songs are inspired by existing songs, so they can often sound like something else.
When i was a kid in the 90s and no house flippers would exist for years i would play around in actual architectural software that was able to make a 3d version of the plans you made that you could move around in. It even included the outdoors and landscaping, had like 20 species of trees
Do you remember what the program was called that could render your plans in 3D? My cousins had one for Windows 95 and I know it was popular at the time but I have trouble searching for it with keywords like “Windows” and “Architect.”
Do you happen to remember the name of this software? I have vague memories of playing something like this with my Dad. I can't for the life of me remember the name, and I think of it often.
@@walkerdosch4278 those interior design cds
@@walkerdosch4278 Sketchup? Maybe SweetHome3D?(free)
I did the same thing! I think I picked it off a shelf at Target or something, and it must have been cheap for my parents to pay for it. But I loved it. Being able to enter a space I had created felt like the coolest thing. In middle school, we had an assignment to build a castle, and I built mine in the HL level editor. I even made a portcullis and drawbridge. Used the family camera to tape the monitor as I walked around. The teacher obviously had no idea how easy it was to do those things, and so he was blown away.
Wish I still had those things. What a weird time to be a kid, doing things that were previously impossible but yet to become easy (or at least friendly).
Now I play DF.
A really nice list, thank you for sharing! I already own some of these lovely games and enjoy them full out!
As always, love your videos and appreciate the time and effort you put into them!!
Thumbs up for listing games to actually play, and not just wait for.
Also, if you want something feel-good akin to Powerwash Simulator, but at the same time also have vibes of action happening and also have some actual gameplay, check out the Creeper World series, the latest is CW4, but all parts from 2 to 4 are still worth it, only part 1 is obsolete as it doesn't have anything that part 3 also has but better. And then also don't forget to chedk out Particle Fleet: Emergence from the same dev, which is very similar and at the same time quite different (and also has unit customization if you're into that). Those games aren't simulators, technically they're RTS or tower defense (but here defending is just a start, as then go on offense by carefully moving your towers forward), but very special as they're among my favorite games despite me not being into RTS at all. Your enemy is a purple goo that spreads through the map with liquid simulation, and you clean the map from it in your own pace, and that's why I compare it to Powerwash Simulator (and this comparison is why I bring it up here).
If I could make upcoming and already released lists for every genre I would haha, I'll try a few more as we approach the end of the year.
@@GamerZakhyou might want to consider releasing the “you can play this right now!” vids when a Steam sale just started to try and catch some of the free SEO
Hey Zack, i love the effort and quality you put into your videos
Thank you!
Excellent job
Ranch Simulator !!! :) So much stuff to do even the game doesnt look great at first.
The first House Flipper was such a good, zen game. I picked it up on Game Pass and it was the perfect game when you want to kill some time but aren't in the mood for anything complicated. I will wait until the price come down before I buy the sequel, though.
I would 100% recommend ranch sim even if its not your cup of tea. Just got it with my 3 other buddys, we're having a blast. It's a grind but its a sim game at the end of the day.
Love parking tycoon, it's pretty fun. Ranch simulator just went on my wish list. Thanks
Check out Ranch Simulator. It has it's flaws but it's still REALLY fun
As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a car park cop.
😂
All of these looks interesting, especially Contraband Police. I did enjoy Papers Please
Lol sometimes the 'stories' in simulators really do a reach.
I was hoping for a review of Sims Buildit
I prefer House Flipper to House Flipper 2, and I love that they're still updating House Flipper! I think House Flipper 2 will get a lot better when there is more stuff in it. I also sometimes get a bit motion sick in House Flipper 2, which was never an issue for me in House Flipper.
Could you do a review on trucks and logistics simulator?
i have ship sim 2 and LOVE that game
Police officers simulator is also really good!
13:27 Big Chung(us) :D :D :D
cool video
Parking Simulator seems very similar to another game i know, to a point that i wonder if the same people did both, which makes me think it's not going to be updated soon. What a shame.
i play train sim world 4 on game pass on Xbox one s its good game i have all older versions to
Ranch Simulator! So nice to see on Your list. It's such a cool and relaxing game. Not many like this outthere.
It's been a while since you played that new Pharaoh game, any plans to continue? Waiting for the combat update or did you abandon it?
It took me 7 years to finish the original Pharaoh, I just take my time with those games. There's the whole new Caesar 3 campaign too and I haven't even touched Poseidon. It's just too much to keep up with everything all the time.
@@GamerZakhYeah I was here mostly for the original game haha. It was a big journey. Was just curious about the new one. Thanks for giving more info!
The combat update already happened in pharaoh a new era, they added the defence zone mechanic. Thats the only update made and military will not be changing further in that game.
I love train sim games (like Train Sim World 4), but draw the line at buying 100+ dlcs (all at stupid prices)
I wish they would do sim earth again.
What do I need to get the standard or deluxe or the special edition 🤔 thanks
Do you mean for Train Sim World? Are you asking where to buy or how much it is?
I am kinda shocked FS22 was not on the list, as it looks like it is on your out-trow
Farming Simulator 22? Ah see that actually released in 2021, so it's older than 2 years. That's why I put it in the outro, this year I'm featuring older successes in the intro and outro. Cutoff dates is how I make sure it's not the same games being listed every year again and again.
I noticed there is no game simulating the player being the captain of a vessel. I'm sure the first one to release a decent container ship simulator will get lots of money.
I dont know, isn't most of the work just sitting in a chair for days while the autopilot does its job and the only same scenery for days and months is the ocean?
@@ivantumanov1015 kind of. The base game for the other vehicle simulators is almost the same sceneries but with different types of load, and some random events in the path.
I wish there was a game like Port Royale but with real time, more "realistic" combat. I loved the first PR even with its basic economy and combat but I could never do PR 3 and 4 because of the combat which reminds me of 40k ship combat too much.
Im so bummed about House Flipper 2. I was so excited for it but it just isn't a good game. House Flipper 1 is a much better game. I can't believe they removed the before and after photos.
Weird that TSW4 is only here because it’s spon-con. I’m a huge fan but it is very niche.
What? It's not there only because it's sponsored. It fits the criteria I set for this list. House Flipper 2 and Parking Tycoon both have lower scores on Steam. Ship Graveyard has fewer reviews than TSW4. What's weird is that you feel like TSW4 doesn't belong when it fits the criteria more and has more players than some of the other games on this list. If you could, please explain because I don't understand why you think that.
Can't wait for Josh to play those games lol.
Hey man what ever happened to Thief Simulator on console, We were promised. They always end up on
Steam, Why can't we have these Awsome games. Like Car for sale, And my summer car EXE. Steam gets
all the good sims, And It's very Annoying I must say. I know It's not your fault, But They need to bring some
of these Fab games to the console players Dude. Grate Video Though Mate.
Thanks! Yeah as you say I'm not in charge of that haha. Generally publishing on console is a big expense, so unless a game is very successful it's more likely to stay just on Steam. First to publish on a new store, that costs money. Then, to port the game to console that costs money. Also one thing people tend to forget, maintaining a game on each different platform and store costs money. Even when a game is on just Steam and GOG, the GOG version tends to get updates later and developers have to invest resources to maintaining it on GOG. All these costs can turn a small profit into a loss, so unless there is very high confidence that a console port will make that much money they don't do it. If a game is massively successful, then they can risk losing that money.
@@GamerZakh YEH! In some cases you would be very right my friend, But Thief
Simulator was one of the more Successful Games, And it was suppose to have
been coming to Console, So was Car Mechanic Simulator 2, Then we had Covid
then it was only brought out on Digital format. And they can also lose money by
Keep bringing out Broken Unfinished games to but that don't stop them from
Cherning them out Time after time does it. And what about gas station Simulator,
that was suppose to have been coming to console, what happened to that game.
Anyway Thanx for the reply back pall, Wish i could Program games i would make
them myself my friend, I would show these AAA games companies how to make
a game Dude, LOL.
are there any good multiplayer simulators
Simulators can be about anything, depends what you're looking for. Powerwash has multiplayer. Ranch Sim is known to be good with friends.
@@GamerZakh like supermarked simulator og restaurant simulator ejere you run a store or something
Does anyone know of a spaceship simulator?
I'm working on a space games list right now and some might interest you in that one.
I wish there were some free games to play 😂😂
theres a sim out called sim simulater.its like a sim about re viewing sims go check it out...ok ...theres not 😮😅
I am amazed at what people will play.
I am amazed by what people get amazed at.
Good for you.
There’s more genres in gaming than just run and gun. Not really sure why that’s amazing.
When more C3?
Hopefully in April.
Loving the list videos. But I am looking go forward to new Lugdunum, are you?😂
Wait what? 40k mod in a powerwash sim? LOL
It's one way to change things up haha
It’s DLC but yes, you get to wash the alien gunk of big ol mechs and stuff (sorry, not into WH40K so not sure what they’re named)
all about $25-40
house flipper great game when did house flipper 2 came out ?
It just released right at the end of last year, so basically it's a 2024 game.
Zakh, don’t ever come back. So chaotic here over a sock. Bring your parent and be safe. I wanna leave too.
Haha yeah I see the news. It's chaotic here too, I'm just doing my best to avoid as much of the silliness as I can.
Go to your dream job for no pay.. The video!
Basically all sports games are that haha. Simulators blow up though. Even right now, Supermarket Simulator has entered the top 50 most played games on Steam.
woooohooooo
The exisance of all these job simulators achieves successful simulator communism. Simulator Karl Marx must be proud.
Beamng
That's been in early access for almost a decade now. 9 years ongoing, so I wouldn't call that 'new' anymore and this list is about already released games from the last 2 years.
pio mio record better
Huh?
No
ok?
Algorithm
No drug dealer? Weak list
I come from a country where we got strict laws about that stuff (not talking about the UK), so I can't cover that stuff because of a very real risk.
Nothing interesting Zak you can better
Lol what do you even mean? I'm not the one making games, I tell you what is being made. These are the best new simulators. This is facts, if you don't like them then I can't change anything. Every other simulator is either old, doesn't have good reviews, or hasn't fully released.
You left both FS22 and Microsoft Flit Sim, which are by far the best simulators in the world, so why would anyone believe a word you say ?
The fact that you try to call me out on credibility when you don't even know those 2 are older than 2 years, so don't fit into this list. They aren't 'new' games that released in the last 2 years. Why would anyone ever listen to your arrogant and inaccurate criticism?
Big oof my dude
