Pirate Ship looks INCREDIBLE!
Love watching you guys play Sorcery! 🔥🔥🔥
"Nothing more consistent than mud." Oh my goodness! Thank you Steven! Nearly lost it laughing so hard from another classic, legendary quote for the ages.... This is why I can't wait for the next episode of TC, doing anything. The best therapy.
We're quite laidback on these. 1.5x speed suggested for most viewers! Beta available here: cov.link/sorcery
Nah, 0.25 speed to really enjoy the experience
Ye'old classic! Evasion tactics "I don't know, What game is this? Where am I?
Cant wait to get home to watch it
It's no Neatherlingz edit, but it's a good time!
@@teamcovenant ooooo I feel famous lol its refreshing to just see 2 friends playing a game, giving away solutions. asking questions and revealing cards and not being talked to through the video. just game play with friendly banter.
If you guys have anymore of those alt art lightning bolts feel free to throw one in my 2 beta boxes i just ordered 😂.
Nice video title XD
6:50 to 6:55 - how did you have 4 mana to play both the footsoldiers and the trolls?
Probably didn't. The old villages just created a free foot soldier, and those are the ones we learned with. Haven't quite gotten used to the new 1-cost ability!
What kind of sleeves are you using?
Always Katanas or Dragon Shield Mattes. Steven sometimes uses Dragon Shield Classics, especially for Sorcery. Nostalgia.
Do you guys have any thoughts on Disney Lorcana? It is refreshing to have a somewhat "serious" TCG on the Disney license
Thanks as always for your great videos :)
I was turned off the game after seeing the 'cards-as-mana' resource system. When I build a deck I want to play the cards I include, not have them face-down on the table as resources.
We haven't had a chance to play it, so no real thoughts aside from it being Disney and therefore large and well-funded. Imagine it'll be very successful, likely with a big mass market presence. The art is fantastic.
@@tzera_rhuon interesting, because to me this system is actualy what I liked from this game. Because this way you get less potential for mana/energy screwing/flooding while still, well, maintaining this gradually growing resources-per-turn dynamic and you allow for more tool-boxy cards in a main deck, because in example you could bring boardclears, but playing against someone that doesn't summon many creatures and you stuck with almost useless card. But now you could pitch it for resources, so atleast it not THAT dead and could allow you to pay for other cards. So... IDK, from my expiriense of WoW TCG its could be a decent mechanic, especially if handled correctly.
What’s your impression on gameplay so far?
In love with it. Hits like the Star Wars CCG in a way that nothing else has. Immersive would be the keyword.
Mother of Nature's summon power is for free really? It didn't say 'summon without pay mana cost'? Is a little bit ambiguous
Yeah, it's free!
Too many questions arise when playing this game...kinda kills the fun factor.
Having been through so many heavier games via our Throwback Thursday series, this is likely just a matter of taste (and, of course, familiarity) because we really enjoy discovering games with heavier rulesets. Especially when it is so well worth the immersion / flavor payoff.
