How many presets can it have at once? If I have 3 amps going through it, can I choose amp 1 and 2 together, then also have it do 1 and 3 together, and or 2 and 3 together? Thanks

You can but since there is no isolation between tuner and the others, it wont be a perfectly clear 3-way split, that's why you need the P-split they mentioned to go full 3-way.
