HEY KELSEY GOT SOME TIPS FOR YOU!!!:)
1. If you want to eat without paying for food, have anyone child and up make a "Quick meal, and you wont have to pay.
2. You have a lot of empty space in your house so if you want, bulldoze the entire lot and make a minimalist house with the basic needs
3. Use objects such as: Tents, Camping beds, single cheap free standing sinks, cheap flooring and walls.
4. Invest on some seeds so that you can start a garden by dragging the different produce to the ground and click plant. You will make a lot of money this way and if you use it in meals, they will cost less. You can also eat them just as is.
5. Buy a toy-box and kids and toddlers will be able to play with the toys.
6. Get the kids to join a after school activity so that they build their skills and can help more.
7.In your spare time, (If you have any!) You can complete whims and part of your aspirations to earn lifetime satisfaction points so that you can save up to buy the reward trait that helps you have twins and triplets more often.
8. Fishing is another good way to earn money. Children can fish.
9. Get any child to search for collectibles in the world (frogs, crystals, fish, plants etc.) These can be sold for a lot of money.
10: If you have seasons installed, make sure to check the neighborhood after a thunderstorm because gems and crystals will be scattered on the ground.

Dont forget to empty the mailbox. I realised while having my 100 babies challenge that other sims send the kids present when they age up! And all of the presents generated so much money! :D

Hey, Kelsey. Please don't sell the toddler beds anymore, you may keep it in your inventory or where they are originally are, as selling and buying them later on usually costs more.

Used Objects decrease in price also, so you only get a small amount back from selling. Save money & save all toddler/children's stuff. Count on your book royalties coming at 10 am everyday, finish those books before, so you get that books royalties added on too
Tips!: actually do an extreme makeover!
-cut down floor space to get more money, you don’t need that much room, just have a backyard lol!
-Sell all sinks, just get a garbage can (if possible buy the trash bin that gives you money every time you put a dish in)
-Limit your counter space, sell washroom counter tops
-try to save and re-use beds, once you use an item it decreases in value, so try not to sell stuff
-sell some of the unnecessary light fixtures, and put them to auto(saves money of house bills)
-while eating, watch tv to boost ‘fun’ needs+ watch cooking channel to level up cooking skill (2 birds 1 stone)

So I am now inspired to go finish my 100 baby challenge or maybe do it otherwise again and document...thanks for that...lol. but my favorite thing here, as an IRL mother, is the commentary "I cannot wait for Olive to be a child and help...wait she'll go to school and I won't even have to deal with her half the time, yes!" My youngest starts school this year and I'm exactly that way. 😆 Kids are work on Sims and IRL lol
My oldest is 4 years old and we just had a boy. My 4 year old tried to throw the baby out of the house. She hates him. You are lucky.
Kelsey if you plant grapes and sell grapes when they grow, each grape is like 150 dollars and it only takes like 3 sim days to grow them. if you have like 8 grape plants growing you'll get more than 1,000 bucks every couple days.

some pro tips from someone who has watched a bunch of these:
Do everything you can to get more than one child at once. It may seem like alot, but things will get easier after the toddlers age up.
Get the trash can that gives you money. With that many mouths to feed, you might not even need a job after this.
If things are insane, don't keep on tryng to push out the kids. Take a "break episode" where you hang out with your kids, keep her fun up, make some money, and maybe do some building.
You'll get free stuff when having a baby. I don't know all of it, but if you keep the bassinet, then you can sell the ones you gain.
Keep the child beds. I'd say once you have close to sufficient funds and have JUST paid your bills, build another room for the kids.
Try to teach your kids responsibility and emotional control whenever you can. Emotional control will stop them from making messed, and responsibility will clean them up.
Good advice, except keeping the bassinet. Don't. If one is already there when the baby is born the baby will use that one. If there isn't one you get one free and can sell it for 150§ when you don't need it anymore.
And for the love of god, set the lights to automatic already. XD

Hey, I have a tip for you. Sell your crib every time. Because you get a cradle free of charge from the hospital and if you sell it every time than the + $ 150. I love you're video's so much❤️

Why not both? Especially since it'll take a bit before she's able to earn a lot regularly by painting. A steady income from books, especially if she writes at least one every couple of days, with paintings as a supplement.
And, once she gets high enough, she can paint portraits of the children!

Some reminders/tips/suggestions
1. Get a nightlight for the kids room to stop nightmares
2. Birth certificates!!
3. Girl names: Kelli, Megan, Isabella, Alivia, Alaina, Grace, Lydia
4. Boy names: Jackson, Charlie, Sam, Nick, Dwight, Jim
5. Invest in some seeds for a garden it’ll help with money!
6. Get a artist easel, you can sell paintings
7. For the guys just say “Let’s be friends” cause it’ll just help
8. Please stick with this by there is this one channel who is on episode 57 and only has 18 kids while your on E4 and have 6 kids
9. I recommend bulldozing your house and making a new on with a little bit more room

Get the defender nightlight to prevent monster under the bed for children, a radio playing lullaby music for toddlers to sleep better (These help me so much, I'm doing the challenge too!) And if you can save up for the trash can that looks like a robot, it gives you money for throwing away things (drag a plate over, make $60-$80). Maybe she can paint more...that makes more money than writing usually! What about Gabrielle for a girl or Alexander for a boy? You are doing so awesome! Keep it up!

You can buy a Fertile trait for your Sim with 3000 Satisfaction Points (you can either complete Whims to earn these or cheat some satisfaction points), this increases your chance of having twins & triplets. Like this so Kelsey see's it:)
You can also get a fertility massage if you have Sims 4 Spa Day, and using the Wishing Well can increase your chances too

There's also a lot trait that came with City Living (I think it was.) that increases the chances of twins!

Change their diaper, feed them and cuddle them or make anything that increases your relationship and they won't brother you for a few hours.

I have some toddler skill-building tips! The game pad is awesome but you might want to add some variety to the kids' lives, especially since you have so many at any given time 😂
1. Get a stereo so all toddlers can dance at the same time to increase Movement skill. And they are adorable to watch.
2. Get a big bear/unicorn plush toy - it improves the Social skill SO FAST. You'll be done with level 3 in a few Sim hours.
3. You can get a dollhouse and have 2 toddlers play at the same time to increase their Imagination skill. Alternately, buy a couple of toddler books and leave them for the toddlers to read.
Another tip is to get the NanoCan Touchless Trash Can and drag all plates and trash to this trash can to earn Simoleons! Since you have a full household, the cash back is gonna be big 😁
