KTM In Tank Fuel Filter Condition After 40 hours / Cut Open Inspection / Change & Upgrade to Metal

Watch to see what a factory KTM in tank fuel filter looks like after 40 hours. Is is worth changing? Maybe a good rule of thumb is to have a filter waiting so that it can be serviced if you happen to drain fuel or remove the tank anyway. Feel free to offer up your thoughts. This mainly applies to PRE-2024 bikes as this designed was changed by KTM in 2024.

I agree, it really surprised me all the debris in there. I expected a fairly clean filter at 40 hours.
