Who ever you are you are wonderful in wood working
Love the idea of the dowel holding the spring clamps!!
I know they say you can't have too many clamps but boy what a collection!! LOL!!!
Awesome shelf. I’m going to copy that if you don’t mind. Best regards from Germany 😊😊😊
Thanks Marie, now I need more clamps!
Lol don't we all!
very nicely done..
Bonjour
Toujours parfait.
excellent thanks for sharing your creation.
Ty. Great design and thought process!
Great job on your clamp rack. Here’s what I do for my Milwaukee hand clamps. I use a dog leash and connect one end to a screw and then clamp the first one near the top. Then, the next one goes behind it with the tip of the clamp beginning where the last ones arms cross. It’s a nice space saver for me plus I had an extra dog leash lying around.
Interesting solution! Whatever works 👌
Loved your Style Marie!
Awesome work
Thanks
I like your idea.
Thanks!
You must be from the future, it is amazing what you do. The detail to safety is opening my mind to new ideas. Your productions are to the point, I admire how much time you save me.
Thank you, appreciate it!
With greatly space saving clamp rack workshop could be organized. Perfect idea and skill.
Definitely, thanks!
@@DIYMontreal You're welcome. Take care.
Thank you!
This is the right video at the right time. Cheers John.
Nice! Happy to hear that :) Enjoy the build!
Turned out great, Marie! I really like how much you can fit into that one spot.
Thanks Bruce! A definite upgrade in my shop and happy to free up some floor space 😊
Nice job.
Great job Marie! I love dowel idea for spring clamps!
Thanks Casey!
That’s such a cool idea!!! Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Stay safe and healthy.☺️
Thanks for this great video. It is very well done, to the point and concise (which I prefer). Although I'd feel the same as you did, the basic plywood is just fine for an uber-functional clamp haven such as this one. This project is one of those projects that will forever return on your invested time.
Loved the jigs and never tire of seeing creative jigs in use. It goes to the core of a good woodworker.
Also loved (sorry) your trials and tribulations of self-hanging onto your concrete wall. Kudos for making that work.
Glad to see you using protective breathing gear while working. We all need to protect our lungs doing what we do.
Please keep on making lots of sawdust!!!
Cheers! Ken
Well done, Miss Marie. Very informative. Thank you.
You're very welcome!
Nice build!
Thank you for sharing
Neat design : I'm now suffering clamp envy ;-) Stay safe.
Hihi sorry about that! Been building my collection for some time if that makes you feel any better ;-)
Beautiful
Nicely done. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Awesome 👏🏼 girl !!!!! Great Video indeed , and yes sometimes Getting Creative Working Alone is a Task itself
Good job!!
Nice work Marie. :-)
Bonjour Marie, beau petit projet très bien présenté!
Merci!
Looks great Marie, definitely something I need for my shop one of these days!
When you're tripping over your clamps, you'll find the time and the motivation! 😉
@@DIYMontreal so the answer is more clamps! I knew it 🤣
Great work. Already looking forward to your next video.
Awesome, thanks! Time to get to work! 😉
Cool!
Awesome build!
Thanks!
All that is held up with just four two-inch screws ?? Amazing.
Lol you're making me nervous now!
I used 1/4" concrete screws embedded to 1" deep, which theoretically provides a shear strength of 900lbs per screw. So I went with 4 to be safe 😉
@@DIYMontreal Trust the science...
I had the same concern watching this. My concern lies with the screw not being embedded very deep into the concrete. It may be rated for 900 lbs per screw (I'd check that spec as well, seems high for shear strength) but the screw may very well not be the weakest link, the concrete may be. I'd strongly suggest swapping them out for longer screws.
I like it! Good job!
Thanks!
Love your clamp rack!
Sei bravissima Italia 👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏🥰
Very nice
Thanks
Looks great! Subscribed!
Awesome! Thank you!
Great idea for the clamps and great idea when you hung it up. Hope everyone there is safe and healthy and keep up the great videos
Thanks so much! All safe here, staying home, using the materials I have on hand!
@@DIYMontreal I'm going to use your idea but change it up some for my little woodshop same here been busy getting the garden ready to plant a yard work
I think its just a great job
I am doing it
Nice job on the clamp racks Marie! Thanks for sharing the video with us!💖👌👍😎JP
You bet! Thanks for watching :-)
:) Your very welcome Marie! Have a great week!😎
Wow you have a lot of clamps lol.
Nice smart design, Mine are hanging on my top plate of my shop/barn when I grab one two fall down😂
Don't you just love this shut down?
I need a hair cut lol
Very creative, as usual 👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks!
Nice, clean build, love it! :)
Thank you so much!
Nice design. Unfortunately I already built several clamp racks for my shop but I will say I appreciate you sharing the overall dimensions in the video & in the photo prior to someone purchasing the plans. So often I’ve email makers for dimensions to see if I can even fit what I’m looking to build based on their plans.
I hear you! Each workspace is unique and you have to build what will fit and what will work for your needs.
There's that little crosscut sled again!
I love it! :-)
Bon travail!
Merci!
Excelente organizador. Ganhou mais 1 inscrito. 👍
obrigada!
Really fantastic work! 😃
With time I'm going to have to build something like that as well! 😬
Thanks! I've been wanting to do this for over a year, which makes having it done sooooo satisfying!
@@DIYMontreal I bet! 😃
Good Job, very Inspiring! I'm still designing mine and am not sure if I'll do something like yours for my French cleats wall or a small cart. My shop is tinny!!
You can do it!
nice, made similar rack before but i your built process
Thanks!
Looks good similar to mine
Nice!
Quaility!
👍
SuperNice
Thanks!
Having taken 'Norm's' mantra to heart (you can never have too many clamps) I found a wall unit to be a waste and built a mobile unit in an A frame style adding a center panel between the sides (I can hang on both sides) as well as 3 drawers at bottom. the footprint is 24" X 30" and it holds well over 100 clamps of every description.
Very nice! I'm sure it's a great rack. I myself have run out of floor space, but still have plenty of wall space.
Did you get on a stool or step ladder to hoist the clamp rack onto the piece of plywood? And did you nail the 2x4s to the plywood you leaned against the wall? Thanks. 😊
👍👍👍
nice job. I have a lot of clamps to hang also. I think I will make one. I don’t have a trac saw. Way to expensive. I saw the shop fox saw and that is reasonable but you didn’t list the trac you are using. Can you tell me who it’s by and where I can get one. thanks for all your videos.
I actually have the Shop Fox track saw. I think it's the most affordable on the market and it gets the job done.
I left a link to it in the video's description, you should check it out!
How come when cutting the plywood you go back and forth as you go with the mitre saw? Is there a reason, or just your style? I've never seen that before.

👍👍👍
Great idea for a clamp rack! However I have a safety peeve, which I see all too often on CZcams vids! So when you’re using a stop block on the chop saw please hold or clamp the piece between the blade and the stop block. It can easily kick back and hurt you or damage the saw. It’s just the same as having a piece trapped on the table saw and just as dangerous. Let the waste piece be free but please support the piece you’re cutting! Sorry for sounding like a whiny nag. Keep up the great work.
Thanks, I'm always open to hearing safety tips!

No pones taco en la pared??
Um sorry, not sure I understand... Something about tacos?
@@DIYMontreal I think he meant "if you don't use Fasteners for anchoring screws in concrete"
@@19jonhy These types of concrete screws do not require sleeves or anchors. They can be screwed directly into concrete after drilling the pilot hole.
DIY Montreal what kind of screw is it?
I want to fall in love with you 😍
