I bought another brand Amazon LED headlight and passing lamps for my brother’s 2001 Electra Glide. They look great and a huge improvement over stock. We had to get a ring bracket to mount the headlight as the stock ring was too narrow. Total cost was $81 for the lights and another $17 for the ring bracket. He is very pleased with the upgrade!

I put these on my road king and very satisfied. Not just the improved vision for me, but being seen has got to be better than the stock '06 halogen. Plus the grey out lenses blend good with my black out frontend. Only issue i had was to get the vertical alignment lower i had to trim a too long screw in the element ring that was keeping the beam too high.

Looks great and definitely a much needed mod!! Not bashing you at all but I just replaced my halogen bulbs with led bulbs on my heritage softail for about $50 bucks and it definitely made a huge difference, just have to pay attention to the lumin output of the led’s to get the desired brightness. Great video!

Just put a set of these on a 2000 Fatboy, makes a huge difference from stock, beam pattern at night covers most of the road with passing lights on, main lamp was a direct plug in but my passing lights needed to add the plug in connector that came with it which is fairly simple and it comes with crimps in the kit, although soder and heat shrink is a better option. But overall am pretty impressed with the lights especially the price, hard to beat, thanks for the video, helped me make a great decision.

To all those bikers who watch these videos....Eagle Lights are the best. I've been running them for the past 5 years on three of my Road Kings. I do a lot of night time riding and they have proven to be great. For $300 you can fight a RoadKing with all three lights. I also run their directionals. They have a lifetime warranty as I had a failure with one front directional and it was replaced. Eagles Lights are the answer to the high priced HDs and the cheap Amazon LEDs.

I've had a set of these LED headlight/passing lamps on my '02 Heritage that I sourced from Amazon a few years ago that were priced at around $110 for the kit. I'm sure that the quality has only improved but even then it was excellent. Everything looked and felt good and connected quickly and easily. The beam pattern is just right and of course it throws a whole lot more light than stock. And I'm willing to bet that these come out of the same factories in China that produce the Daymaker line for H-D. I don't see any reason to pony up full price for those!

Jw speaker made the day maker when I did researched in 2018… I ended up going with the eagle light headlight because from a guy that sells accessories for my specific motorcycle said the eagle light and jw speaker lights are superior to that off brand ones because he has had failures come back from the cheaper brands just going out. But he also said that it didn’t happen often.

I put the LX-Light LED set on my Road King in 2018. Wanted to reduce power consumption and give her a little upgrade in looks. I am so happy with these that I bought my son a set for his RK and bought another set for my 'spare' RK.
I don't know how they compare to the other lights on the market but they are an improvement over the stock and the price was great. There are some 'holes' in the light coverage but it does not effect my ability to make out anything in my path. The high beam doesn't make a big difference, except way down the road, not in the usable range.
I have my bike wired so the passing lights are controlled by a switch and don't cut off when the high beam is on.
I run 3 lights 100 % of the time, it's safer. They have lasted 5 years and I ride quite a bit living in the South. At around 100 bucks a set if one ever goes out it's not a big deal to order another set.

Question and maybe a followup video opportunity.
I bought one of these inexpensive LED headlights off Amazon as well. Looks exactly like the one you have in this video.
It puts off so much RF it effects my stereo reception. Radio stations don't come in as well.
It's an easy test. Put the bike into accessory mode (the headlight doesn't come on) and tune a station. Then switch to ignition mode and you instantly hear a ton of static.
Common complaint with the cheaper LED lights. Must be a shielding issue or something.
I don't use the actual radio ever so I'm keeping the LED light in the fairing but it could be an issue for people who use the radio.

I put a $7 65w/100w halogen bulb in my factory H4 bucket and when compared side by side with my buddies HD LED set up, mine pitches a brighter focused beam much farther down the road than his either high or low. The LED puts up a 'cloud', not a beam. I think LED reflector technology needs to catch up. And most bike owners do not have their headlight aimed properly.

I ordered a YouStar for $60 in March and I never received it because it was coming out of China. Be careful if you order anything coming out of China because it can take forever to get it if you get it at all. I just decided to buy a Daymaker from Harley, it was expensive but it performs excellent and it has the halo around the edge.

They work well but radio interfaces can be a big issue. Beware you may have issues that drive you crazy. Good luck 👍

Yes that's my issue. It completely shot my radio. Why have a radio on a Harley Ultra if you cant listen to it?? Back to stock lighting for me if the problem cant be resolved

There's a whole bunch of things to get rid of RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) made for cars, ferrite sleeves, capacitors and inline noise suppressors that you could try.
Hunt down someone that installs high end car audio systems.

I have a 2019 street glide, where did you get the two brackets for the passing light?

I put an Amazon kit on my 2012 Road King. I had to get small washers, the headlight bracket holes were too large. Other than that plug and play. A lot more light than stock for about $100

Hi brother! I just bought the full kit on Ebay! Cost me $145 plus shipping auxiliary 4.5 lamps. They are incredible! I swear no difference at all! Remember harley are made in the same place called CHINA. I full recommend them.
