- Sail VR is Sea of Thieves VR with the multiplayer update. Before the new update Sail VR had open world pirate exploration in VR with NPC ship battles. But now it's a Sea of Thieves VR game. PVP that is incredibly chaotic and taking other players loot is always the best option. Sail is as funny and exhausting as Sea of Thieves is now.

I love that VR is still a little early in popularity so we can still get chaotic fun experiences like this game. Just dropping into a world you don’t know anything about and encountering weird shit. I missed this part of gaming.

I've been enjoying the hell out of Assassin's Creed VR, and am convinced if they just ported Black Flag over on that engine I would die a happy scallywag.

as a navy man myself, hearing you use sailing terms with no confidence grinds my gears. remember it like this, PORT is left because port and left both have 4 letters.

Forward=front
Aft=back
Port=left
Starboard=right
Aft can also be called the Fantail or stern, but that's usually a certain point of the aft. Same thing with focsile, meaning the most forward point of a ship.

Quite honestly some of the most fun I’ve had in VR, fantastic game and loads of potential.

Sail was so fun when it was singleplayer, and i think they definitely need to add PvE in prevalence again, there should be at least some reason to not bum rush every boat

Well there’s kinda some quests now, the skull quests, if you buy a bronze silver or gold skull then you can go to the bronze sliver or gold skulls, find a statue, and put the corresponding skull on the statue

I played this game way back like a year or two ago and what you have even though it’s really janky is 1000x better than what it was, I’m pretty to make your ship go was just a lever and then it would zoom off breaking the sound barrier

2 days after 2 days they released private lobbies and mute and more NPC,s and more chest and crates and moe bugs. Also when you play remember you can open menu and click return to ship, the mounting ship while sailing is to buggy so you can tp
