You got to travel to Japan? Very cool. What is that between the sink and toilet next to the rolls of toilet paper that has the grab rails running in front of it? It runs water but I cannot figure what it is for. Also, what's next to the trash can in the back? Japan has accessibility well thought out it appears. Hopefully, if you're posting vids from there, you'll get to vid accessibility in general when you're out and about. Would be interesting to see how they do it compared to other places you've shown before on your channel.
Yes, I got an opportunity to go to Japan, and I'm a bit critic about accessibility here. Those buttons are functions for the toilet to clean with 💧. And the toilet seat is always warm. Next to the trash i the back, I didn't figure out what exactly it is, something to clean, but I do not understand exactly what. More video's will come, I hope that I will be able to cover the most points about accessibility here. So far, I noticed that they are accessible for blind people.
@@SandraHwheelchair Yep, it was that porcelain looking thing about 00:38 just to the right of the toilet paper under the 'SOS' button that i couldn't figure out its purpose. Interesting vid how they set everything up. Was this in an upscale place (hotel, restaurant, etc) or is this considered basic public restroom? Will look forward to your other vids from there.
Good video.
Thanks!
Wow omg! Welcome to Japan!!:)
Thank you! I love it so far! 😊
Please, please show as much as you can about Japan. I'll be booking hotels soon (weeks)
Only some things will come soon, and most of the things will be posted later because of editing time needed
@@SandraHwheelchair Of course, appreciate anything & anytime. Enjoy the trip!

@lj8902 This is the restroom at Tokyo Tower but 90% of restroom for people with disability looks like this
@@SandraHwheelchair 👍
Damn, perfect timing as I'm currently researching hotels around Tokyo (flights booked!). What is the hotel name?
Is not in a hotel this bathroom but I can give you some advice if you can message me on one of my social media
Is that a urinal to the left of the toilet? If so, it looks like one would have to stand on the other side of the toilet, and hope for the best.
Apparently I learnt that is for people that have a stoma to change it and clean it.
