- One of my family's favorite recipes, Chicken Parm! This recipe is quick, easy, and so good. I named Gabriella's Chicken Parmigiana in my cookbook because it's her absolute favorite. No self respecting REGULAR COOK would use shredded cheese of any kind, because as the lady said, the wax additives does not allow the cheese to melt properly and destroys the freshness of the dish. Next time do your research before you lie.

@@allpinkfowersit's nothing to do with being round people that bow down to her. These woman bully her and use her for their storyline. She simply stands up for herself. The producers bring people on to fight with her coz when she kicks off it brings in the views.

@lisarandall7729 1st seems to me like your recipe is a copy cat of Tre's. 2nd you must not be a true italian as we only use olive oil in our home. We use 2 different types of olive oil 1 for cooking with the other is for eating the olive oil uncooked. I can bet you don't know the difference. And 3rd how the heck do you know or not know that her mozzarella isn't fresh maybe even homemade mozzarella that was freshly grated. You show your inexperience in the kitchen especially when you said sliced cheese on top😂. My recipe is a little different from hers but only because my family used a lot more spices so that's how I learned to cook. You are the picture perfect example of a true HATER.

@@AGAM1911 I've watched all the Franchises except Dubai but it got pulled after first season. Wish they would've been able to let them have one more season. And I watch Below Decks. Southern Charm, Summerhouse. So most of all the shows on Bravo.

I honestly wish I was Italian because I would never go hungry. Like there’s something so special about Italian food…..it tastes so good, and it’s truly made with love. Doesn’t matter if it’s a chicken dish, pasta, soup, or pizza…..it’s all just so delicious. I’m actually hoping to go back to my home state of NY (I moved down south earlier this year) in September because of the Feast of San Gennaro in Little Italy….it’s truly one of the only places in NY where you can get real Italian food, by people in NY who are actually from Italy.

Teresa, I grew up in a Sicilian home. I was at my grandmothers every Sunday as a child growing up and when I see the way you do things it brings me back to my childhood. Thank you for making all these childhood recipes. I grew up on all this food and learned how to make them from my Nonna and my mom. And we only used pecorino Romano (Locatelli )cheese.
Love when the kids pop in.. I feel like when they are around you are 100% comfortable and yourself... It's cute.

Ok- I just have to say how impressed I am with the videos & how much fun I’ve been having trying them all. I’m Italian, my mother is 100% Italian (our family is from Pofi) & we so enjoy watching these videos. When I made the sprinkle cookies- it seriously reminded me of being at my grandparent’s house and eating them as a kid. Kind of made me emotional because my grandpa has passed & we were very close. But it was awesome to have that taste again.
I just made the meatballs & sauce tonight for dinner. My husband & his friends went nuts & loved them. I made double batches of both & there was nothing leftover. I added some seasoning, etc but stuck to the recipe for the most part and they turned out great. I’m with my husband who is traveling for work- so I’m in a new state far from home & bored during the day (I’m on summer break from nursing school) so these videos have given me something fun to do to keep busy. Super fun to watch & can’t wait to try whatever you post next. My mom & I have watched NJ Housewives since season 1 & you’ve always been our favorite. We’ve both purchased every product you’ve ever released- mainly just based on principle alone to support you in whatever venture you take on. Now we’re having fun calling each other to compare how our cooking turned out 😂 You’re killing it & best of luck. Awesome job👏🏼🩷🤍🩵
