I don't like how he didn't cut the chicken in thinner pieces. Also, capers is Piccata, not Francese but I guess if you want them, do it.

Cut yours how you like and he mentioned don't use capers if you don't want. That's the awesome thing about ones own kitchen tweak the recipe to suit you !
