If I recall, the anime,manga and super ver of burdock all have different power levels and are inconsistent as hell The first bar dock special definitely made him way stronger than a warrior of his class should've been So don't sweat the details too much when it comes to bardocks specific level
Nappa was said to be at 4k, but was probably around 6-8k since he was keeping up with Goku for a small amount of time. Bardock was listed as 10k in a movie guide, I think. I'm not totally sure on that, though.
