i think they didnt count the tagteam part , but there are vids with the voting of sxin and chezame where they explain

The layered part at the end was joke about how there were two B-arts in his first video, but Droppical did break the rules for that section by having two audio layers. B-art had merely layered himself visually. In the end they decided that since they hadn't been super clear on the rules to just ignore that final section when judging instead of simply disqualifying the whole video.
