So far in the last couple of years there have been several funeral homes cited for improper storage of bodies.
Yes, just commented that there have been many stories over the years.
All that money there making they should be jailed or pay a high fine that is ridiculous man a small
Tractor could of dig holes an u could planted something on top an dedicated and it would of been natural decomposition but nope they did some nasty shhhit
you finally waking up about how many people died of covid yet? people were dying faster than they could be processed and interred.
Our population is growing, more people are dying and the economy’s trash along with most people’s morals these days
... why no arrest? You can't tell me this is legal...
Because in America there's 2 different types of justice.
There are statutes that make mishandling a corpse a crime.
We don't yet know if there was malicious intent.
@@dmreddragon6shiiit organ harvesting or worse is very real.
@dmreddragon6 You don't need malicious intent. At a minimum, it's storing body parts- a crime, or mishandling deceased and fraud, or possibly they were selling body parts or worse, all of which is illegal in any State.
How did such a massive amount of bodies be found and families were not involved; no funerals were held?
That's what I'm confused about.. like. What were the families paying for? What the heck did they get?
They take the bodies out of the caskets and resale the caskets over and over again. The bodies were just piled on top of each other in that building.
@kirkgriffin3336 but usually in "green" funerals they don't have a casket I thought. At least that's what I thought I remembered that one youtuber who does green funerals. I think her name is Kaitlyn Dougherty?
@@kirkgriffin3336ok that make sense over the years I been hearing that once you leave the cemetery burial they dump the body out the casket and re sale the casket that's why family members started staying at the site until they witness the casket being reeled down the hole now I heard they stop allowing it BS I'm staying
@@kirkgriffin3336 how do you know this? Or are you just speculating
How hard can this be to figure out? 115 victims and arrest the owner and manager and find out what they were doing
Probably selling body parts for cannibalism, very popular in the dark web.
they fled dude, no one knows where the owners are
@@MaybeYourMom21why don't we let the investigation happen instead of putting out questionable theories
That's what I'm thinking, I have so so many questions ⁉️ like! Why do that 😡
@@MaybeYourMom21okay! 😢
I feel sorry for not only the families, but everyone who has to witness it,and sort it out.

This happened in Georgia in 2003. A woman was walking her dog, and the dog found a human femur. A crematory was discovered with bodies left all over the property. Babies as well as adult bodies abandoned.
Horrible
I was about to say this. I remember when it happened. I live in Tennessee. It wad disgusting 🤢.
@kimberlynelson4200 , this was the first time I'd ever heard of such things. Since then, other funeral homes made the news for this horror. I think the crematory in Georgia was the most horrific story because bodies were left in abandoned caskets and a Hurst.
The owner charged people for ashes that weren't even the family member. The son took over the crematory after his father died. The crematory equipment was broken and never replaced. The son just went on business as usual and defraud family after family.
At the time when discovered there were no laws in place to convict a crime of this magnitude. It's a story from Hell.
Greed. Plain and simple.
Disgraceful! Of course it’s a crime. You aren’t allowed to have family plots how is it ok to stick bodies in s warehouse. There’s also hazmat regulations. People need jail time for this one.
State of Colorado does not allow family plots. You can buy your hole-in-the-ground anytime you want to.
What a horror for these families and a terrible abuse of the deceased!
What families? Obviously, they had no family that cared, or they would have been buried. They were probably homeless and the state paid for services.
You'd be surprised 💔 There have been many stories over the years.

Good grief, this happened to my father's ashes in Colorado Springs. He died in 2004, and the funeral home just pit him and many others in storage units all over town, he was never buried at Ft. Logan like he was supposed to be. My cousin, I think, broke the case when he inquired about the grave.
Why didn’t you being it’s your dad make sure he was buried.
And where were you?
I'm so sorry you had to go through that!!

I wonder how many funeral homes around the country are shady. Such a sick and evil thing to do to families and their dead loved ones. All for greed and out of laziness.
I’m sickened for the families and friends of the deceased! There are sooo many legit people in this business, they do right! This will also set them back, for no reason.
We don't yet know if there was malicious intent.
“Sooo many legit people” implying there’s also weird creeps doing bad shit with corpses… creepy weirdos

Families should cremate their dead
@@1_star_reviewsthere are some religions/cultures that believe it's wrong to cremate

The biz is called “Back to Nature.” I guess they figured nature would take care of things on its own given long enough.
Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzz
What a Gruesome thought 😱 😨
How morbid! Those are other ppls family members! Twisted mf world, I swear.
My gosh!! What is the reason to store bodies? Is cremation not available?
If you are buried without embalming I think it needs to be done within a couple of days. One of our friends was buried in a wooden box in Alaska and he had to be in the ground like in 4 days.
It’s a stretch to go four WITH embalming in traditional cases in the southeast - you can look to hold services 2 days out and buried on or by the 3rd- exceptions are for extensive investigation , multiple members, and /or out of town relatives- Covid has changed everything now too
@@kate4biglittlevoices they had to wait for the casket to be built. It was pushing it
Yeah if the people weren’t embalmed then they were very decomposed. The gas can caused things to start to erupt and multiply that by 115. It’s probably toxic at this point. I also feel bad for anyone who had to go into that building. Horrific isn’t even sufficient enough to explain it.
Last year my granddaughter was buried without embalming 11 days after she died. She had an autopsy and they had to find her murderer. It was so heartbreaking😢
@@debiscott3530 I am so sad for you. I hope the evil person who hurt her was caught and put into prison forever.
so grandpa wasn’t buried but was stored in their basement? Did they recycle caskets as well?
That’s exactly what they do.
The neighbors complained of stench but the funeral home visitors didn’t ?
Right?
Hopefully it wasn't the case!!
115 bodies in a small town? Something ain't right here. There should be arrest made as if people have payed to have a loved one taken care of there olny to have them stuffed in a shed then that's fraud. So disheartening. What has happened to these people who feel no respect for anyone ....
“After some kind of suspicious incident here, Tuesday night.” How can that be all that is reported? Describe the incident!
I'm going to remain curious and reminded of this comment at random unspecified times forever onwards now..
Maybe one escaped.......
We need closure
Says the owner tried to conceal improper storage. Very sad.
Omg...that's disgusting to be so uncaring for humans...I imagine greed happened...chase the owner's out of town please...leave them outside city limits ...
Same thing happened two weeks ago four siblings three teenagers and one child were murdered, the funeral home, never stored thair , bodies properly, they we started to decay...😢😢😢😢 , This is every parents worst nightmare...😭😭😭😭 To never see thair kids before they are buried.. closed casket ceramony. This is so heartbreaking for us the people in Trinidad..the funeral home , should be charged... for not taking care of people loved ones, after they passed away...😢😢😢 this is so heartbreaking. 😭😭 Please say a prayer for the peterkin family...
This is a lot more common than people think.
The question is how many more buildings with bodies like this exist in Colorado
... and, All over the states and the world?
I absolutely hate when people say, "it's a small town" yada yada yada.
That’s how criminals get away with it for so long. People in small towns are uneducated.
Well , actually they did quite frankly try that in a small town and word got out about it and it didn't go over to well with the locals obviously.
Why does that bother you? 😅 lol it is a small town!
@@katrinashostakovich3607 I've lived in both and there is no difference. The lack of insight on both sides about how the other carry on is abysmal and disheartening.
I’ve always wondered how would I ever know that my brothers ashes are his ashes…like how would I prove it? Then I found out a deceased body is worth over $200,000 on the Black Market.
Check out the story about the school in mass bones donated stolen by a crime ring out of ky!

Where did you find that out
This happened back at home in Memphis. But that funeral home director got charged That's so sad..
This is why prefer cremation for me after l am done and is cheaper for my family.

Not sure if a crime was committed? But bodies improperly stored. Which is it?
What an awful disgrace! Shame on them!
So no answers? We don’t know why. I would want to hear what this investigation shows.
As usual......
This business is finished.... as they should be... and somebody needs to be sued and spend some time in prison.
How did the 115 families of these people not say anything about their loved one??? Did they think they were buried or cremated? I mean, really?🤷🏽♀️🤔🤨

Did the families ... *pay for* ... funeral services?
What are the guidlines for funeral homes when (hospitals, police) take a deceased person to a funeral home ... and family doesn't begin or finish arrangements? (They can't call a funeral home ... they are the funeral home.) Should funeral directors reach out to Police? Local churches?
Funeral COSTS mare (can be) expensive.
Always wondered how some families gathered up that ampunt of money and so quickly for unexpected deaths.
This seems like a criminal/intentional, small town with 115 bodies just there, like where they come from yanno, especially with fbi involved wasn't just a "oops" by a shitty funeral/mortuary home.
Good lord why is this becoming all too common? 🤦♀️ if you can't treat the deceased with respect don't take their families money & don't run a funeral home 😤🙄😮💨😡
Heartbreaking 💔
I wouldn’t be surprised if those are inmate body’s from the Fremont correctional department
Its the Teramation process. It decays the body faster while encapsulated to allow oxygen flow. 30 day process. Sound like there was no proper ventilation to neutralize the odor.
Families usually have a service then accompany the body of their loved one to the cemetery for burial. A green burial usually means no embalming and a simple wooden coffin & it doesn’t mean cremation.I bet these were indigent people who died and sadly were forgotten. Whomever was in charge of that funeral home should be prosecuted.
Green is very expensive too.
@@deejs8652I thought that was the least costly! They need to be prosecuted!
They wouldn't accept bodies of people that don't have a burial spot to go to, right?!?! Something doesn't smell right about this!!!
@@ReRe-kr1ht I agree!
None of the people commenting here have any idea how the death business works. Let’s wait and see what happened before you start sending people to prison. Refrigeration goes down and dead people stink in a hurry. Right now we have no idea what happened.
Why are you asking why? Try how are they ever going to pay THAT electric bill? Those coolers to keep 115 body's in would cost a fortune every month. or if they were to be cremated imagine to cost for those incinerators to operate? Most Americans are struggling to pay the home heat and cooling cost the past three years. It's outrageous to consider what a funeral homes cost are. sad
Even before traitor biden funeral homes charge outrageous prices inflation increased the price of their services as well this was intentional because someone was being cheap I bet organs removed and sold upon arrival of the dead to funeral home
Um they get paid for services 🙄
What? They are a business. They get paid for their service. They don't do it for free. If they can't afford to properly care for the deceased they contracted to care for, they shouldn't be in business. Which, coincidentally, will certainly happen now.
agreed and obviously they arent in business
@@DavidGrub
RIP to all those people and my condolences. So disrespectful
Owners and all who are employed there should be charged. Then the business should be closed indefinitely.
Im gonna sue
Ugh! Can everyone just say despicable?
They need to be held responsible for this and if they can't then laws need to be made. Just because someone is no longer alive doesn't mean they get treated like trash in a landfill. Outrageous!!!
Very sad, if the case!!
Disgusting
What is the value of a human life ????
The police could start with charges of abuse of a corpse.
Forensic experts and Haz Mat. have to go in.
Lets wait till cold weather. 115, and no relatives. County contract?
Anybody else notice how today's news journalism is absolutely worthless. Anybody have any CZcams channels that might actually be telling some truth and facts that make sense?
"How could this happen here"? It's Colorado. That's how it happened there.
Similar, but not as bad as the Tri-State Crematory in Noble, GA.
This situation has gotten me so conjorded it's sad
The green cult ghouls...sickening....
So the cause of all this was left out I'm assuming it could have been a number of things like the retort breaking down. I'm also assuming they kept bringing bodies in for the money. It certainly can get out of hand really quick. Funeral directors should have high moral standings for their community.
I’m guessing families couldn’t pay, funeral home couldn’t pay, police probably wouldn’t do anything or insurance couldn’t cover it.
leave it to "green" folks.
Too many people are showing disrespect for deceased. May whomever is responsible be held accountable for this disrespect.
How could it be
😢 prayers all.
Whoever owns that funeral home, dump their asses in jail.
They forgot to pay the electric bill.
Hasn’t that company been responsible for another home abandoned with bodies inside.
How horrible! Everyone one deserves respect.
This reminds me of the sad story of the crematorium in NW GA years ago. 😢💖
Least those 115 people aint feeling it/have no idea they are rotting away improperly stored....i dont think its crime maybe less its fraud or safety hazard but probably no malicious intent....this is a small sleepy town you dont expect 115 bodies to be not embalmed or stored correctly...that dont even happen in big city
I do not think the punishment for the crime is harsh enough.
What the waa??
All those families wondering if their loved one is one of those bodies 😢
Right? Sad!!
Theres your " GREEN NEW DEAL "..
Absolutely HORRIFIC!!
Green funerals now can compost the bodies and then test the soil for metals then the compost can be placed back in nature. There are definite steps required to do this. This doesn’t sound like that.
Maybe these were unclaimed bodies???
Omg that is awful
This happend n Jacksonville Florida n a funeral home years ago, this is so crazy can't believe this WOW
how did a town of 3,000 people accumulate 115 bodies ?
It happenes more then we think. If you dig up
a whole cemetery i bet half the graves are filled with sand bag caskets
Its colorado, they smoked too much pot and forgot to bury the bodies.😂😂😂
Town of 3000 formerly 3115😮🤷
😂
Disrespect😢
Alot of money was taken in for those 118 unfortunate victims after death. Terrible.
Alot of money 😢
God see's everything people 🙏
Oh God how did it
What the heck? Did somebody just get burnt out other job. How terrible for the families of these people to have their left one so disrespected
What a disgrace unacceptable
Why did the owner let the poor conditions escalate to 115 bodies? Clearly the problem could have been resolved after experiencing an issue with 1 or 2 bodies. I'm sure greed and collecting money was the owners goal. Put those criminal owners in prison and order them to give their family members their life insurance money back. Someone please notify the insurance company about this company's fraud. The reporter and police stating that they don't know if a crime has taken place is so stupid on their part. Seems like a small town coverup to me. I hope the FBI get involved because 115 bodies is way too many.
