Why do you have an iphone video package vs a DSLR package? and how do you frame the iphone video package? Wouldn't a video shot on an iphone turn off a lot of people looking for professional services? Not saying its a bad idea at all, it's not all about the tools you use, but the person using the tools, just curious about how you present and manage client expectations.
It’s not presented as a video package, nor does it replace a video package. You present it as a Social Media Reel package separately from an actual videography package. It’s just a way for agents to quickly and easily share to social media which gets more eyes on the property and helps the agent sell. They care far more about that than about how professional it looks so no most won’t be turned off by it.
A gimbal for cell phones DJI is one brand that makes them. He was using Final Cut Pro to edit. But, you can use Capcut app to edit video directly on your phone as well. I use it a lot.
Why my gimbal moves so much?? Please help. I have the dji 4. I put it straight but why does it move after I fil like 5 seconds? I can't afford a professional at the moment 😭
Hey! Go into your gimbal settings after you’re connected with your mounted phone. That’s where you can adjust the gimbal speed and switch to FPV or FOLLOW. If it’s moving by itself after a few seconds, then make sure you have it calibrated and the mount centered.

I’m sorry but it seems too rushed… The composition is wrong and the house is not shown in its best angles. It really seems your only goal here is to make money fast and i find it quite sad.
I do the same thing and it make it so much quicker and the agents like it for social media so much more

I suggest the DJI gimbals, probably version 3 or higher

Probably shoot in 4k but edit and export to 1080 vertical. I Would film 60 fps so you can half time speed without loss of frames

There’s a free software too called davinci resolve works just as good as the software he is using but that is if you have a laptop

what FPS do you shoot in?
If you speed it up, then 30 fps is fine. If you slow it down, then shoot high frame rate like 60 fps.
