Actually I like your videos... I learn different types of ideas in your videos.. I know little bit English but try to understand your teaching very easy.....
What is the main benefit between this process and the options available on the instgram app? I see other agents film model homes but doubtful they do this much editing before uploading.
More control and flexibility. If you want to make an impactful reel that standouts out from the everyday, then you can use your creativity to make that happen.
Even faster way is to grab a template you like from instagram with all the effects, cuts, trending music. Choose your 10 best pics and boom you’re done!
Faster does not equal better. If you just did an IG template than you'd be left at the mercy of the template and you wouldn't be in control of what you'd create. If you want to mix video with images, have control over how to animate the video and images to concentrate on features you want to highlight, time the video and stills to music, and select the music of your choosing, then you will want to do this yourself.

Thanks! But I don't recommend vertical mode since it's not necessary for IG reels. Just shoot in 4K and you will have dual-purpose footage: footage for regular videos in landscape orientation, and then plenty of pixels to crop and animate like I show in this video for portrait orientation. This way you capture once and upsell twice.
