That's what I don't understand she came home from a wedding why was she in a hoodie and jogging pants. Who was with her? Attorney Brown grazed over that. She was not alone. OR She was expecting someone to come over she was not going to bed in jogging pants and a hoodie. That's the biggest thing right there and I think that there has to be evidence that they didn't put in to court from her phone it has to be more evidence either she was with somebody at her house or she was waiting on somebody to come over. that man is innocent find a real guy because she had company. The prosecutor talking about common sense which he clearly does not have and his rebuttal at the end was terrible. Sheesh....

The only incident that I can't overcome is the fact that you let the real killer get away. The prosecutor say this is a common sense case but the prosecution didn't use common sense lol at all. Even some of the witnesses didn't have common sense attorney Brown was literally getting frustrated because he's saying the things clear as day and they wanted to put the dumb roll on make this make sense😂😂😂😂 the evidence is not powerful its very weak and uninvestigated. the real killer came forward and y'all let him go let's just call it what it is

The prosecutor's argument that if the defendant had blood on his hand it couldn't have transferred to his jacket or backpack is pretty weak. You could easily brush your jacket sleeve with your hand or touch your backpack as you're adjusting it or taking it off and transfer blood onto it. Not a great argument.

What kind of laundry is his girlfriend doing? Is she using disappearing dust? If his jacket is so water resistant or liquid resistant then how could there be any blood or any type of liquid or anything on the jacket? Where is everyone else's DNA and footprints? Since when is there no absolving or reasoning about any other suspect it seems like there are some points missing in the prosecutor like where did they get that picture of that guy leaving whether he was getting out of a car or not he was there at 1:20 why didn't they question every single last person or figure out what the guy was wearing the x?
