This is EXCELLENT! I now know what to do with my left over tortillas after taco night and the fixins are gone. I've tried using them in different ways and am never happy with the results but this... this is a GREAT idea!
I am DEFINITELY going to save and refer back to this video often! I have to take my own food to work and these tortilla masterpieces look like they travel well. I'm lucky there is a fridge and microwave in the break room. The recipe ideas are almost endless and can probably extend my grocery budget a bit. One of these quesadillas and a piece of fruit make the perfect lunch!

In Southern California we keep tortillas like bread,, always good to see new recipes. One thing, cook the bacon in the oven, on a baking sheet, so much easier than being splashed with oil.
Does the oven get splashed bacon grease or does it splash less in oven?
Monica.you can try it you buy a splash guard,you cover trying pan with it.only costs 1 euros usually...can even purchase from ikea,theirs are slightly dearer but great quality.....

I made the BLT like wrap today but used Joseph's flax lavash to keep to my lower carb food plan. They were really delicious & I appreciate the artistic video and clever idea. Mine were rectangular rather than triangular. I will explore more flavor options in future.....
