저는 다양한 샐러드를 보여드리고 싶어서 여러 재료들을 준비 해 봤는데, 좋아하는 재료만 몇가지만 골라서 준비 해 보세요 :) 어린잎과 좋아하는 채소 한 두개, 단백질류 하나 정도면 넉넉잡아 한 시간이 채 안 걸리실 거예요 ❤️
한 번 만들어두면 3-4일 냉장고에서 편하게 꺼내 먹을 수 있는 샐러드, 함께 만들어요 😉
(추가) 계란을 넣은 도시락은 최대한 빨리 드시고, 채소만 넣은 유리병은 월요일에 만들면 목요일까지 신선하고 금요일부터는 조금씩 시들하니 주중내 소진하시는 게 좋을 것 같아요!

Just a friendly and useful suggestion:
When you prepare salads in containers to have in reserve. Wetter, juice-producing ingredients (like diced tomatoes) should go below everything, and leafy greens should go on top. Thus, the juice released by the wet ingredients will remain at the bottom of the container and will not have contact with the green leaves, therefore neither the lettuce nor the other vegetables will rot.
Excellent advice.
I put my salad ingredients in separate compartments and then plate everything together just before eating.

I was so impressed with this presentation that it inspired me to make 3 salads ..put them into containers in the fridge..I made a awesome apple + ginger dressing to accompany the salad..It is winter here in NZ the temperature around 5 deg at lunch time..I absolutely love this concept...thank-you.

사라다 레시피를 찾다가 들어오게 됐어요
20여분의 긴 영상인데도 불구하고 여기서 힐링을 하고 가네요 다른 레시피 영상들은 레시피만 보여주고 끝나는데 빗소리, 취미로 그림을 그리고 자연속의 아빠와 아이의 모습, 먹을만큼의 커피를 갈아서 내려드시는 모습. 샐러드 재료로 다른 간식이나 식사를 하시는 것을 보는것도 좋았어요 부럽더라구요 도전도 되구요 구독과 좋아요 하고 가요^^ 좋은 영상 감사해요

저는 샐러드를 좋아하지않지만, 건강을 생각하며 하루 한끼는 샐러드로 바꾸고있어요!
하지만, 식구들이 샐러드를 잘 먹지않다보니 야채를 매번 아깝게 버리게 되었는데, 하미마미님 처럼 하면 알뜰히 다 먹을 수 있을 것 같아요!
하미는 야채도 잘 먹고! 영상 보는내내 엄마미소가 지어졌어요! 하미의 멍때리는 표정...너무 사랑스러워요🥰
저도 잎채소 종류로 바꾸고 샐러드를 더 많이 먹고 있어요 :) 쓴채소는 잘 안먹게되더라구요.. 메종드마미님도 바쁘시겠지만 잘 챙겨드시고, 햇빛좋은 오늘 가족들과 즐거운 휴식 시간 보내시길 바라요! ❤️
