Your 90 degree turn wasn't working because you made it 4x4. You also were starting from the center of the tile. The 3-tile 90 degree turn is from edge to edge. The corner tile counts as 1. Go from the far edge of the third tile (counting the corner tile as 1) to the far edge of the third tile around the turn (also counting the corner tile as 1), and you will be able to line it up in the center the whole way around. Otherwise, an awesome video and a great blueprint.
