Athletic Bilbao are one of the most successful clubs in the history of Spanish football. They have won 8 La Ligas, and alongside Barcelona and Real Madrid, are one of only 3 clubs never to be relegated from the Spanish top flight.
But many may not know that they owe their success to a man from Wolverhampton. Fred Pentland managed the club over two different spells, winning them multiple honours, and helped to make them the club they are today.
