They are maintained by the X12 organization on behalf of Washington Publishing. The guides have to be purchased, so somewhere on that website you should be able to find a page to purchase/download.

Is there a way to map 835 data with 837?

Depending on what you mean, yes it is possible. (1) If you are looking to take values from an 837 and use them to create an 835, there are some fundamental holes (the payments and adjustments) that would need to be provided from another source, but the payer/provider/subscriber/claim and service loops would contain much of the same data. (2) If you mean compare the results of the 835 against the originating 837, yes that is possible as this is the source of your accounts receivable management.
