Chris was, and still is, considered to be one of, if not THE, best choreographers in skating-not to mention one of the best and most elegant skaters. As for his direction - watch some rehearsals from any of the performing arts and you will see the same sort of adamant insistence on perfection. He sets them up for success. His choreography is so unique and creative, with lifts and holds that no one else has tried or invented. A team that’s one of a kind - never be another pair like them - legends in their own time. Still together, still performing, in their sixties. Bless them for brightening our lives for so long, and may it continue for many years more.
I agree, he is the main driver of the team. Jayne said it herself. But I don't think she is any less. She never fails, always perfect. She is so calm and even. I don't think he would have had success with another skater. She understands his OCD. They do love each other too, you can tell. But she said if you get involved with your partner and breakup there goes your team and neither one wanted that. Dean's first wife was jealous of Jayne, you can see why. They just have something.
Torville and Dean really brought me and my children farther into the world of ice dancing. We had always watched the figures with pairs, women, and men. As a former ballroom dancer, their work together was mesmerizing. We CRIED and Jumped up and down when they won the gold for their "Bolero," I will always get chills whenever I watch it or think of it. Thank you Torville and Dean, I was always happy to know that your town supported you as well.

This video is a good reminder/illustration that an elegant performance on the ice takes a lot of work. Like Jayne said in the beginning, the performance that lasts only a few minutes is easy compared to the work that makes it possible.
There's a lot you can say about James and Dean and they went down in history and I'd stay down and nobody's ever done what they have done. Plus, to come back after 10 years after becoming pro skaters it's a lot different and as we get older our bodies tend to have more difficult time when it comes to strength muscles and coordination. But they continue onward to amaze us with everything that they do. When it comes to being on the ice there's soulmates meaning they flow as one they beat us one they look as one and their love of ice is one and they started as partners as little children and have continued throughout their life. They're more alive when they're out on the ice with each other, but when they get off the ice and are no longer in the arena or anything else then they go their separate ways and have family time and everything else with other loved ones which is one of the reason that they stayed together. They were smart enough to know years ago that if they became a couple they would not last throughout the ages like they have. They're yin and yang and they push each other and they know when to stop and when to go on and they like challenges.
I'm totally convinced their hearts beat in unison, their eyes blink in unison and they take breaths in unison. Never seen two people more in tune with each other. They are such a joy to watch. Thank you for posting !

Who is anyone to judge their professional relationship? None of us know what is said and how it's said by Jayne when they are off camera. Maybe she is the same as we see her, maybe not. They have had a professional relationship and have been friends for decades. How many people can claim that? And to have had such successful carers? Not you, I am sure.
In a professional setting and aiming for perfection, you will feel the pressure and have disagreements. The pressure was more on Chris being he was and still is the choreographer of their skating. My heart goes out to Chris

Torvill and Dean got me hooked on watching figure skating in 1984, and their not winning in 1994 was one of the reasons I started drifting out of it. (The whole Tonya and Nancy mess was another.) I only just got back into following it in a big way, and I'm thrilled to find that there is SO MUCH T&D I'd never seen before. Thank goodness for CZcams! I feel like I have many, many treats in store.
jayoungr three of the four skating events in '94 had absolutely ridiculous judging. Torvill and Dean ending up with bronze was a travesty, as was Oksana Bayul's win over Nancy Kerrigan. And really Elvis Stojko should have won the men's gold over Aleksei Urmanov. The only event that was judged correctly was pairs, with Gordeeva and Grinkov winning among about the strongest field ever. Any of the top four pairs would have won gold at any other Olympics.
Adore them, loved this routine, and yep, they should have won. Everyone who is honest knows. Got to see them in person after the Olympics; fantastic! Thanks for uploading this!
Gritschuk and Platov's Rock Around The Clock routine was cute but gimmicky. And Oksana (NOT "Pasha") broke the rules with costume (no crop top flesh colored body stockings allowed in this era), Katya Gordeyeva was being nationalistic in her biography My Sergei when talking about the dance competition.
Very true and also as they said there was judges that were basically Russian and two years before that they all were Russian but when it split up so they had that against them. That's one of the reasons that they did not get first.
How much is luck and how much is design? We, the audience, know so little. It was great to hear the comments of Jane's husband. It fits. Judges are very susceptible to personal prejudice even though they are not supposed to be.

Dear Jane and Christopher, I believe that while they would allow professionals to come back into the Olympics, they really didn't want them. Ice dancing different than a sport like softball, basketball and other things where there is no judging you win or you lose according to the score. Ice skating the judges can be prejudiced! I think you guys were great
The US commentators for the 2018 Olympics mentioned Torvill & Dean & Bolero multiple times throughout the Ice Dancing competition. The US pair of Blumberg & Seibert maybe was mentioned one time, and it was probably in relation to them getting 4th at the Olympics where Bolero was performed. US press was sympathetic to Torvill & Dean in 1994, and generally agreed that they should have won. It probably would have become a larger story at the time had there not been the whole Tonya Harding scandal that was more of local interest to US audiences. In retrospect there was a whole lot of controversy for 1994 figure skating! I've looked at the Jayne's flip at the end of their performance several times, and while at first look it does seem like it is a lift, if you watch it again it becomes clear that it was not. Jayne jumps up and bounces over Christopher's solders. Christopher's arms are rather limp and do not show signs of pulling Jayne up. If anything they are just there for balance
And for that they were given a bronze medal? If that was a deduction, it is only 1.00 and not from Gold to Bronze.That's why Oksana cannot believe they won because she knew in her heart that Torvill and Dean are way ahead of them just like in the World Championship before the Olympics. Anyhow, where are they now?
It was the Harding scandal that got me interested enough to watch the skating. It was only on that account that I first saw Torvill and Dean. I was thoroughly enchanted by their magic. Nobody else came close, not then or since. Out of a sordid little stunt, I was gifted with a glimpse of perfection.

Yes, whenever there is a contestant from Russia, I cringe because I know for sure that something is going to happen. The latest in Single women skating was the controversy between Kim Yuna of Korea and Sonitova from Russia. This is also a big one.
Also, how can there be 3 Russian Judges in the panel< that's already 3 votes for them? How about the others who do not have judges from their country? Just my thought.
I have often seen Russian and Eastern European old USSR skaters heavily descriminated against when they absolutely should have won. I remember when an 11 Yr old Jan Hoffman should have at least won silver, and if he had not missed 1 requirement should have won gold. He was the youngest competing but was stunning in his skill and grace. I expect you are younger than me and don't recall the very unfair judging in the sports and arts from and even after the Berlin Wall was demolished. Politics should never ever be allowed to interfere with such things but even today, it does. Artistes and sports people should never be forced to pay the price of politicians arguments whether national or international. I would even say the same if it were Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia, Mao China or any tyrannical, even abhorrent dictatorship. There is no place for politics and wars in such things.
He is such a narcissist when training. Makes Jayne cry then knocks her by demeaning her further and telling her he has no sympathy. Its really astonishing they are still together with that attitude

Susan Field she's no shrinking violet though, and generally it's those types who put up with emotional abuse for years. She's feisty enough that if she really felt abused she wouldn't have stayed in the partnership with him for all those years. She acknowledged that he was quicker to get frustrated or even angry than she was, but it seems she would just chalk it up to him having a bad day. Seems like they're still on great terms many years later though.
Pair skating and dance…you have to be able to take criticism, specially if you’re together most of the time. I did both with two different partners, two personalities. One was incredibly critical, but couldn’t take it himself, specially when the coach pointed out his error. Chris would’ve irritated me but I fully understand his push for perfection. Pair skating if your timing is out…you’re dead ! I needed to trust his timing
Although they will always be unmatched, because all ice dancing after came after the much higher bar they set, I think it is unfair for professionals to compete again against amateurs. The rules should have stayed as they were. This was down to those making the rules. It should be disallowed again by those making the rules now.
The final result justify their kind of behavior! Jayne was smart enough to accept Chris as the boss. They found each other. Each of them had its part and that‘s why they could so succeeded. By the way look at their realtionship up to now. Comme il faut the French would say 😉
This is the first time I've seen this and my estimation of Chris has gone down. Bravo to Jayne for putting up with Chris for so long who was such a hard taskmaster.
If you're a choreographer you have a vision in your head of your creation and you want it to be perfect. If he didn't push for perfection they would never have been as good as they were

Grishuk and Platov’s program was terrible. No real content, too much separation. Good speed and excitement though. I really liked Usova/Zhulin’s choreography, even though it was totally different than the material that made them World Champions, and they’ve never done anything similar since. The concept was fun, the skating slowed at the end. Even though Torvill/Dean’s program wasn’t my favorite of theirs, it was very good. They had the most content, musicality, and professionalism of the top skaters. They performed it perfectly and ignited the crowd. I don’t care if the lifts were “tricks.” The lifts of the other top teams were so much easier and uninspired. Usova/Zhulin were prob next best in lifts. They earned their silver. G/P should have been third. Torvill/Dean’s original dance was sensational! If the strength of that dance combined with such a sophisticated free dance didn’t convince the judges, I am totally confused as to what they were looking for. As Jayne said in the interview clip at the end, in response to, “What do you think the ISU is looking for?” “I don’t know and I don’t care because we aren’t doing it!”

К огромному сожалению, Дин даже не умеет признать поражение икак некрасиво себя вел перед журналистами.Конечно,после своих 6.0 в 1984 году тяжело признать 5.7. Но судьи молодцы,все объективно,все честно!!! А Грищук и Платов Огонь. Молодцы! Супер.Они доказали себя дважды на Олимпийских играх!!!!!!!

Those criticising him for the way he spoke to Jayne. Guess what? Neither of them care what you think. You want to see him as a bully and her as a subservient mouse for tolerating it, that's up to you. They know that their ability to not take stern words too much to heart is what has made them able to have such long very successful careers and still be friends. How many of you can claim to achieved so much? How many of you can say that when you leave this mortal coil you will be achingly missed not only by your spouse (if you have one) and family, but almost lifetime professional partner and friend? I bet not a single one of you 😅 you are jealous people who can't help but try and pick faults, trying to impose your ideas of what other peoples personal and professional relationships should be like. You are the toxic sort who inject poison in the friendships and relationships of those you call yourselves friends to. I remember watching them on TV with my father when they were young and wishing we could afford to travel and watch them live, and what they have achieved since is second to none.
I have now watched the part toward the end where there are tensions when training for a new routine with very difficult moves and steps. It must be almost impossible to achieve such perfection, especially with the differences in their heights. I think Chris decides most of not all the choreography, and it must be a burden to try and explain what he sees with his minds eye so Jayne can manage moves as he needs. Equally, it is a disadvantage to Jayne that she can't see the 'video' in his mind. Added to that the natural fear he might lose his grip either through his own mistake or an error on her part. A great deal for both to cope with. Men tend to react with being cross, whilst women tend to react with tears. The tears can be of hurt feelings, frustration, or anger. However, I seem to recall she said only one of a pair can lead. Due to strength and male skeletal anatomy and muscular placement then obviously that is going to be the man. No doubt other pairs have exactly the same sort of cross words and tears. Not only in ice dancing and figure skating. Any pairs or group activity in sports and the arts. Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers were the celebrated dancing couple of their time but their choreography was nowhere near as ambitious. Ginger said he was a perfectionist who would reduce her to tears but she would become angry, and decide she would "show him!" and continue to practice until he had nothing to criticise. That's the way it often works and it wouldn't work unless one pushed and goaded, and the other refused to give up and walk away because of huuurt feelings and being embarrassed. All pairs know that if they give up on each other and lose the careers they have formed it is going to hurt a lot more, and if they don't give the absolute best performance they possibly can, if they make the least little mistake, it will be noticed and their future confidence affected because of the criticism. Quite apart from losing in front of the whole viewing public and unhappy sponsors and trainers. Etc. Many many millions of people watching any failure. On top of that all pairs have the usual trials of life. Headaches, illness and injury but they have to try and go on working without anyone noticing it, unless the injury would be made worse without rest (and not being able to work would be more stress). When family members including children are seriously injured or ill, even dying, they can't always drop everything and go to be with them. If they are seeing or are married to someone who cannot cope with the extended hours the pair have to work together, no matter how much they love the person they have to do their best to put it out of their minds and emotionally distance themselves from heartache and worry while they work. They pay an extremely high, unreasonable price in every way. If such professionals had known enough of what was to come to enable them to 'count the cost' it's a safe bet when young enough, hardly any of them would have gone on to make it their career - on the slim chance that they will win even once and with little chance they will continue for enough years to make it worthwhile trying. None knows who might come along and be better, and make them forgotten 'has beens'. They don't discover the cost to themselves and their families until the problems happens, and that is usually when they are of an age that they cannot simply stop and learn something else that is easier and takes less commitment. They have moral and legal obligations to others including sponsors, lenders, trainers,. They hey need to reach the stage where they can turn professional and at least become paid become trainers so they can start repaying what they may owe, including seamstresses and music professionals. If they don't they can be sued. It is very expensive to train to become a skater. The skates themselves aren't cheap, need sharpening and replacing. All of that in addition to the demands of the work itself - including usually unseen work practising and other behind the scenes necessities. The parents and sometimes grandparents pay from when they are young children, until if and when enough sponsorship is found when they might show enough skill. So even though parents would probably not want repaying it is still a moral obligation and a psychological stress, even if subconscious. I don't see how it would be possible to achieve gold, silver or even bronze without tensions, testiness, criticism, nervousness, tears only hoping that in the end it will all be well worth it. It's called professionalism, determination and persistence and is why some people achieve far more than most of us. It was that sort of strength of character, of not giving up too easily without REALLY trying, compromising and forming understandings that most people used to have successfully content marriages which resulted in stable, sane, intelligent enough children who went on to repeat the process. Of course not all couples succeed whether professional or married, but those who did, and the far fewer today who do make it couldn't allow themselves to develop such a sense of too much self importance, nor to form the habit of taking things to heart too much then clinging on to offences instead of letting cross words go, forgiving, mostly forgetting and continuing to try and achieve a content lifetime together. Too many people today (and it seems to mostly be women) are TOO into themselves and dwell on the slightest perceived insult to the point that no one reasonable could make a relationship work with them. Further, men and women who have that mentality flock together and reinforce each others unhelpful thinking. Worse, they judge and cause damage to other peoples relationships as if those relationships were their own. People who have never managed anything of much note self righteously judging those who have. Insanely presumptuous.

I'm gonna die mad about this one, but otoh, they probably got more press about coming third than they would have from winning. The couple that really got screwed was Usova/Zhulin (and given how things played out, I have a lot more sympathy for Maya Usova). 94 was fucking weird.

Very true and also as they said there was judges that were basically Russian and two years before that they all were Russian but when it split up so they had that against them. That's one of the reasons that they did not get first.

How much is luck and how much is design? We, the audience, know so little. It was great to hear the comments of Jane's husband. It fits. Judges are very susceptible to personal prejudice even though they are not supposed to be.

Dear Jane and Christopher, I believe that while they would allow professionals to come back into the Olympics, they really didn't want them. Ice dancing different than a sport like softball, basketball and other things where there is no judging you win or you lose according to the score. Ice skating the judges can be prejudiced! I think you guys were great
The US commentators for the 2018 Olympics mentioned Torvill & Dean & Bolero multiple times throughout the Ice Dancing competition. The US pair of Blumberg & Seibert maybe was mentioned one time, and it was probably in relation to them getting 4th at the Olympics where Bolero was performed. US press was sympathetic to Torvill & Dean in 1994, and generally agreed that they should have won. It probably would have become a larger story at the time had there not been the whole Tonya Harding scandal that was more of local interest to US audiences. In retrospect there was a whole lot of controversy for 1994 figure skating!
I've looked at the Jayne's flip at the end of their performance several times, and while at first look it does seem like it is a lift, if you watch it again it becomes clear that it was not. Jayne jumps up and bounces over Christopher's solders. Christopher's arms are rather limp and do not show signs of pulling Jayne up. If anything they are just there for balance
And for that they were given a bronze medal? If that was a deduction, it is only 1.00 and not from Gold to Bronze.That's why Oksana cannot believe they won because she knew in her heart that Torvill and Dean are way ahead of them just like in the World Championship before the Olympics. Anyhow, where are they now?
It was the Harding scandal that got me interested enough to watch the skating. It was only on that account that I first saw Torvill and Dean. I was thoroughly enchanted by their magic. Nobody else came close, not then or since. Out of a sordid little stunt, I was gifted with a glimpse of perfection.

Yes, whenever there is a contestant from Russia, I cringe because I know for sure that something is going to happen. The latest in Single women skating was the controversy between Kim Yuna of Korea and Sonitova from Russia. This is also a big one.
Also, how can there be 3 Russian Judges in the panel< that's already 3 votes for them? How about the others who do not have judges from their country? Just my thought.

I have often seen Russian and Eastern European old USSR skaters heavily descriminated against when they absolutely should have won.
I remember when an 11 Yr old Jan Hoffman should have at least won silver, and if he had not missed 1 requirement should have won gold. He was the youngest competing but was stunning in his skill and grace.
I expect you are younger than me and don't recall the very unfair judging in the sports and arts from and even after the Berlin Wall was demolished. Politics should never ever be allowed to interfere with such things but even today, it does.
Artistes and sports people should never be forced to pay the price of politicians arguments whether national or international. I would even say the same if it were Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia, Mao China or any tyrannical, even abhorrent dictatorship. There is no place for politics and wars in such things.

Susan Field she's no shrinking violet though, and generally it's those types who put up with emotional abuse for years. She's feisty enough that if she really felt abused she wouldn't have stayed in the partnership with him for all those years. She acknowledged that he was quicker to get frustrated or even angry than she was, but it seems she would just chalk it up to him having a bad day. Seems like they're still on great terms many years later though.

Pair skating and dance…you have to be able to take criticism, specially if you’re together most of the time. I did both with two different partners, two personalities. One was incredibly critical, but couldn’t take it himself, specially when the coach pointed out his error. Chris would’ve irritated me but I fully understand his push for perfection. Pair skating if your timing is out…you’re dead ! I needed to trust his timing

Although they will always be unmatched, because all ice dancing after came after the much higher bar they set, I think it is unfair for professionals to compete again against amateurs. The rules should have stayed as they were. This was down to those making the rules. It should be disallowed again by those making the rules now.
The final result justify their kind of behavior! Jayne was smart enough to accept Chris as the boss. They found each other. Each of them had its part and that‘s why they could so succeeded. By the way look at their realtionship up to now. Comme il faut the French would say 😉
This is the first time I've seen this and my estimation of Chris has gone down. Bravo to Jayne for putting up with Chris for so long who was such a hard taskmaster.

Grishuk and Platov’s program was terrible. No real content, too much separation. Good speed and excitement though. I really liked Usova/Zhulin’s choreography, even though it was totally different than the material that made them World Champions, and they’ve never done anything similar since. The concept was fun, the skating slowed at the end. Even though Torvill/Dean’s program wasn’t my favorite of theirs, it was very good. They had the most content, musicality, and professionalism of the top skaters. They performed it perfectly and ignited the crowd. I don’t care if the lifts were “tricks.” The lifts of the other top teams were so much easier and uninspired. Usova/Zhulin were prob next best in lifts. They earned their silver. G/P should have been third. Torvill/Dean’s original dance was sensational! If the strength of that dance combined with such a sophisticated free dance didn’t convince the judges, I am totally confused as to what they were looking for. As Jayne said in the interview clip at the end, in response to, “What do you think the ISU is looking for?” “I don’t know and I don’t care because we aren’t doing it!”

Их произвольный танец вот именно ужасно смотрелся. Ничего нового,все элементы собрали в кучу из своих предыдущих программ. К огромному сожалению, Дин даже не умеет признать поражение икак некрасиво себя вел перед журналистами.Конечно,после своих 6.0 в 1984 году тяжело признать 5.7. Но судьи молодцы,все объективно,все честно!!! А Грищук и Платов Огонь. Молодцы! Супер.Они доказали себя дважды на Олимпийских играх!!!!!!!

Those criticising him for the way he spoke to Jayne. Guess what? Neither of them care what you think. You want to see him as a bully and her as a subservient mouse for tolerating it, that's up to you. They know that their ability to not take stern words too much to heart is what has made them able to have such long very successful careers and still be friends. How many of you can claim to achieved so much? How many of you can say that when you leave this mortal coil you will be achingly missed not only by your spouse (if you have one) and family, but almost lifetime professional partner and friend? I bet not a single one of you 😅 you are jealous people who can't help but try and pick faults, trying to impose your ideas of what other peoples personal and professional relationships should be like. You are the toxic sort who inject poison in the friendships and relationships of those you call yourselves friends to.
I remember watching them on TV with my father when they were young and wishing we could afford to travel and watch them live, and what they have achieved since is second to none.
I have now watched the part toward the end where there are tensions when training for a new routine with very difficult moves and steps. It must be almost impossible to achieve such perfection, especially with the differences in their heights. I think Chris decides most of not all the choreography, and it must be a burden to try and explain what he sees with his minds eye so Jayne can manage moves as he needs. Equally, it is a disadvantage to Jayne that she can't see the 'video' in his mind. Added to that the natural fear he might lose his grip either through his own mistake or an error on her part. A great deal for both to cope with. Men tend to react with being cross, whilst women tend to react with tears. The tears can be of hurt feelings, frustration, or anger. However, I seem to recall she said only one of a pair can lead. Due to strength and male skeletal anatomy and muscular placement then obviously that is going to be the man.
No doubt other pairs have exactly the same sort of cross words and tears. Not only in ice dancing and figure skating. Any pairs or group activity in sports and the arts. Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers were the celebrated dancing couple of their time but their choreography was nowhere near as ambitious. Ginger said he was a perfectionist who would reduce her to tears but she would become angry, and decide she would "show him!" and continue to practice until he had nothing to criticise. That's the way it often works and it wouldn't work unless one pushed and goaded, and the other refused to give up and walk away because of huuurt feelings and being embarrassed.
All pairs know that if they give up on each other and lose the careers they have formed it is going to hurt a lot more, and if they don't give the absolute best performance they possibly can, if they make the least little mistake, it will be noticed and their future confidence affected because of the criticism. Quite apart from losing in front of the whole viewing public and unhappy sponsors and trainers. Etc. Many many millions of people watching any failure.
On top of that all pairs have the usual trials of life. Headaches, illness and injury but they have to try and go on working without anyone noticing it, unless the injury would be made worse without rest (and not being able to work would be more stress).
When family members including children are seriously injured or ill, even dying, they can't always drop everything and go to be with them.
If they are seeing or are married to someone who cannot cope with the extended hours the pair have to work together, no matter how much they love the person they have to do their best to put it out of their minds and emotionally distance themselves from heartache and worry while they work. They pay an extremely high, unreasonable price in every way. If such professionals had known enough of what was to come to enable them to 'count the cost' it's a safe bet when young enough, hardly any of them would have gone on to make it their career - on the slim chance that they will win even once and with little chance they will continue for enough years to make it worthwhile trying. None knows who might come along and be better, and make them forgotten 'has beens'.
They don't discover the cost to themselves and their families until the problems happens, and that is usually when they are of an age that they cannot simply stop and learn something else that is easier and takes less commitment. They have moral and legal obligations to others including sponsors, lenders, trainers,. They hey need to reach the stage where they can turn professional and at least become paid become trainers so they can start repaying what they may owe, including seamstresses and music professionals. If they don't they can be sued.
It is very expensive to train to become a skater. The skates themselves aren't cheap, need sharpening and replacing. All of that in addition to the demands of the work itself - including usually unseen work practising and other behind the scenes necessities. The parents and sometimes grandparents pay from when they are young children, until if and when enough sponsorship is found when they might show enough skill. So even though parents would probably not want repaying it is still a moral obligation and a psychological stress, even if subconscious.
I don't see how it would be possible to achieve gold, silver or even bronze without tensions, testiness, criticism, nervousness, tears only hoping that in the end it will all be well worth it. It's called professionalism, determination and persistence and is why some people achieve far more than most of us.
It was that sort of strength of character, of not giving up too easily without REALLY trying, compromising and forming understandings that most people used to have successfully content marriages which resulted in stable, sane, intelligent enough children who went on to repeat the process. Of course not all couples succeed whether professional or married, but those who did, and the far fewer today who do make it couldn't allow themselves to develop such a sense of too much self importance, nor to form the habit of taking things to heart too much then clinging on to offences instead of letting cross words go, forgiving, mostly forgetting and continuing to try and achieve a content lifetime together.
Too many people today (and it seems to mostly be women) are TOO into themselves and dwell on the slightest perceived insult to the point that no one reasonable could make a relationship work with them. Further, men and women who have that mentality flock together and reinforce each others unhelpful thinking. Worse, they judge and cause damage to other peoples relationships as if those relationships were their own. People who have never managed anything of much note self righteously judging those who have. Insanely presumptuous.

@@angr3819 You are probably right but he seemed almost possessed in one clip. I agree, their footwork has remained unmatched as far as I can see. So many throws and twists in order to distract from the absence of footwork.
