So sorry your channel has not taken off like you deserve, my friend. Your knowledge is impeccable. If you have a moment, I have 2013 BMW X5 XDrive 50i throwing a P2096 (lean bank 1, post catalytic converter). Any known issues besides fuel injectors, catalytic converter or vacuum leaks? Runs fine otherwise. I don’t hear any exhaust leaks, misfiring, etc. Thanks, my man. Wishing you the best!
The channel is growing fine just a bit slow may be😂 i’d say get a better scanner that is bmw oriented might have something else in there. Check hpfp pressure actual value and set value
@@Zeitenhey brotha I’m having this issue on my bmw brother need help have a code p1415 330i bmw 2006 have video on my channel plz would be nice to get a decent advice from a master mechanic
Nice video as always. I'm a huge fan of yours and watching all your videos! Myself having an old E60 with the N52B25 engine, so your videos are a great help in my DIYs. Totally another thing....I bought a t-shirt from your web shop in size M, but it runs a bit large....What size do you use in these?
Nice! This is one of the first things that went on my 2007 328i when I first got it 7 years back, so I might have to do it again some time soon. What do you think about installing a crankshaft seal guard Tim? It’s an aftermarket part that supposedly will restrict the serpentine belt from being sucked into the engine if it happens to slip off like on this car.
Finished the convertible project recently, was experimenting with body work so new final video coming soon, also has been swamped with repairs lately but thank you for checking in😉👍
@@Zeiten You The Man Tim 👏👏👏 I scored pretty good at the junkyard with sport steering wheel with paddle shifters for my 08 sulev. I'm hoping it's going to be plug an play if weather is good this weekend.
I have 04 X5 3.0i I need to replace the front crankshaft pulley seal because it's leaking under there. my pulley doesn't have those 6 e-torx bolt 😵💫. it's just a rubber cover inside the pulley and the crankshaft bolt. how do I removed that pulley to replace that seal?. there's one belt that goes around it and the ac compressor.
@@Zeiten damn it's a 2007 750li with exactly 740028 miles and a whole bunch of codes because I had a water leak from the sunroof that I can't find to fix i unclogged all 6 drains and the driver side always gets water when it rains am not sure if it's the actual drain inside the interior
@BMW750MG in that case spark plug tubes most likely responsible for oil on your plugs. Replacing those is a part of valve cover gasket replacement job not an easy task but one of my earliest videos covers it
Yup I replaced one of those on my 2011 328i had a air mass leak, the engine sounded healthy no ticking what so ever I sold the car to a friend and guess what 😢the engine lock up on him I took the engine out and Damm there was a bunch of belt debris on the pick up tube there for if anyone has this problem you better take out the oil pan and check otherwise you gonna be mad ass fuck when the engine gets damaged
@@Zeiten just because the way your videos are display on the CZcams feed seems like it, never mind I appreciate your videos such as FCP! Keep the good work brother
you make it seem so easy 😭 i’m hoping i have enough space in my e60 to do this job. Please make e60 videos if you can

They make a crankshaft seal guard to help protect it from future belt damage. I'd recommend it, I plan on putting one on whenever I do mine.
Great instructor no skipping thru the video here...lol
You the Man Tim another great video 👏👏👏
Thank you, happy to share my knowledge🙌

Thank you, I’m wearing m size in every video although those are very old and they are washed after every wear so may be they shrunk a bit😁

I think it’s a good idea (sort of) doesn’t interfere with anything and protects the seal but proper maintenance will always be my first choice😉
Thanks Tim for sharing your knowledge..

Hey Tim you haven't posted anything recently, hope everything is good. Maybe do a short so us fans know your ok.

thanks brother.
