There might be an economical turmoil but there is no doubt that this is still the best time to invest.
Best time to invest? That's funny though because, in the last 4 months I have lost more than $47,000 in stock market which is the biggest I have lost since I ventured into stock investment.

The fact is a lot of research was done on gamestop and it wasn't about the actual value of the stock it was about knowing that all of those short positions would have to be covered and it would drive up the price of the stock. and even if the short sellers buy otc the total number of the short options will still be known and it doesn't matter who owns them.

She makes sense to me. I bought on the 2019 dip. But shorting makes/loses money for "bettors" instead of investors. It disadvantages the investors and may break the short positions. So they manipulate he market. This is not what the stock market is for. It's to give good ideas a shot, not to kill them in the cradle.

I'm understanding bitcoin and crypto so much more by listening to Cathie. She's in my age group, alumna from USC (my kids school)... She's clearly my hero.
These investment are only bound to make slow profit returns in the current market, I've come across a few blogs mentioning investors that generated profit of up to $450,000 in 3months and I'm eager to know what/how I can make such lucrative profit.
As an owner of a Tesla I feel the idea of battery swapping is just a waste of time. It'll add extra cost to putting energy in the car. They have to set up service stations and staff them = Extra cost for an extra inconvenience of having to go to a "service station" to swap out the battery...no matter how fast it is, it'll largely waste time and money!

Bitcoin has really stood its ground and would keep breaking ground, investor sure know how profitable it is now. My advice is invest in it now that it is still affordable, cause a time is coming shortly when it would become scarce.

Interesting points...To some extent it was Jim Chanos listing Tesla's strong points as if they were weaknesses that helped get me comfortable investing in TSLA back in 2019, so Cathy is correct about there being a good side to the short sellers.

A little tip of advice for anymore seeking for more insight to what the crypto market is all about, is to carry
out personal research to enable them learn about the market and it's volatility to know what they're up against by themselves.
I'd recommend CZcams videos as been beneficial to already experienced traders that can interpret and refer
to crypto terms easily.

Really good. I agree with her notion of dead company bond bubble. Avoiding zombies clearly a good move. Doing that research on growth stocks is beyond my competency so I will add 5-10% of my net worth too all of ARK ETF and let it ride alongside the huge stack of BRK B and covered call dividend ETF. Fundamentally, I always was a value investor (and sucked) so time is there to consider growth and innovation potential is important part of value.

The reason some people don't like the model is because swap stations store a lot of batteries that could have been used in vehicles (car manufacturers are battery constraint).

@@JC-te4md either they no longer think it will compound 15% a year over a five-year average (i.e. they change their mind on the stock) or they think it will but most of it has already happened (i.e. the market catches up to their thesis)

Invest in those like Tesla that will take their money in exchange for a good product at fair price and bring it back to USA 😘 to help pay taxes and or and provide good jobs. They must pass a bill in Texas and other states that will lock in money derived from USA base Companies. No offshoring HQ's to avoid taxes, and even if they have a high enough percent of operations here in USA they must HQ here if not. Keeping marginal rate lower is competitive and smart business. Raising is short money thing and is purposeful destruction of our economy. They want green jobs and innovation plus make tax revenue? Easy make creating these things in USA a no brainer...

What are the challenges?
This week: Lost 13 percent in my ark stocks in the last 10 days. Waiting for the market to bounce back. This sucks. I need a positive peptalk like this to keep holding my 100k in ARK stocks.
Kathy woods is a momentum investor, they buy and sell like crazy. They are not long term investors ,
Everyone will be exposed to pullbacks unless they hedge their positions. Compared to the price you paid to get in 13%, is quite reasonable. It's important to mention that one cannot lose what has not yet being realized/sold. Last, but not least, peptalks are only for those who invest with mediocre fund managers. That's definately not the case with Cathie Wood. She's simply brillant!
