This is simply a way to shift more tax burden onto the lowest income earners. They will be left with the choice of either buying the more expensive American made products whose prices will automatically go up simply because they can. Or paying the tariffs on what would have been the affordable price products being imported. And the tax burden once shouldered by millionaires and billionaires will now be transferred onto the shoulders of everyone else.
