The one reason I give that Bertie may of been Jack is that Bertie hated women His mother His sister etc But we will never know
I cannot understand why they were never able to catch Jack the Ripper.
Many people claim that they saw the victims with a man before the women were murdered.
They all gave the same description of the person.
