I just love a no-bake dessert pie and this frozen Reese's pie is one of my favorite cold treats to make during hot weather. I grew up eating many different flavors of this pie and I love every last one of them from butterfingers, kit-kat, Oreo's, you name it! It's super easy to make and very versatile. I have few tips on this wonderful pie so be sure to check my blog for those.

yes you can leave them of the filling and even use a totally different candy or cookie topping & crust if you like. The basic filling is so versatile. I've used the basic filling (minus the peanut butter) and made a crust from golden Oreos, mixed in white chocolate in the filling and raspberries, and topped it with raspberries, raspberry preserve and shave white chocolate . It was heavenly.

I heard this trick once that when you cut pie, brownies, cake etc that normally does not cut well, use a PLASTIC knife. I was skeptical, but it actually worked on my brownies. It cut cleanly! Couldn't believe it! This looks fabulous. But everything you make is fabulous!
I have no idea how it would turn out without cool whip. The cool whip really makes it so light.

DIva i have made this pie 3 years ago but for the crust i used one of those instant peanut butter cookie mixes OMG it was the best pie i ever had try it!

I leave it in since the peanut butter flavor in the filling is actually pretty light, but you can totally leave it out if you're not feeling any peanut butter flavor.

I don't really like Cool Whip so I used cream that I whipped myself. I whipped about a cup of cream with a tablespoon of regular sugar (but you could probably use two or more if you wanted it to be as sweet as Cool Whip). If you haven't whipped your own cream before, it's super easy; just beat it on high speed until it forms stiff peaks (basically when it looks like whipped cream :) ). Good luck!

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
8oz cool whip
1 Cup chopped Reese’s
