I've made this at least six times since you posted this recipe. My Husband LOVES this recipe. He calls them "my favorite meatballs". You hit the nail on the head with this one girlfriend.
Tania is right, oil will do the trick of lubricating and keeping the noodles from sticking. But don't do this with noodles you plan to sauce later (like spaghetti or fettuccine) because you need the starch from the sticky noodles to hold the sauce. ;)
I finally made this today and it was awesome! I shredded the chicken only because it seem to just shred as I was cutting, but this will be a regular in our home. Thanks for sharing!

I made this recipe with Alfredo sauce omg it was soooooo good and my family seriously argued over who got the last shell lol thanx alot!!
Do you use all the other ingredients just changed the sauce? Alfredo doez sound better with chicken. Let me know

jwpolar You can make these ahead. They freeze really well. I usually make a couple pans at a time. Take out the day before you want to use, than bake.
