    Great videos, great channel. My wife and I are definitely sold on purchasing a Tellaro based on what we have seen from your channel. Thank you again!

      I'm so glad you find my videos helpful! As you may have seen from a few of my other videos, the Tellaro does have some quality issues and I am not a big fan of how it handles at higher speeds. I agree that it is one of the best deals on the market if you are willing to accept that you may need to do some minor corrections yourself. Thanks for watching my channel.

    Thanks Ruby! Going to take delivery of our Sequence tomorrow and your list is perfect. We still get but refused to pay the 1,700 to prep, test and demo the thing. Isn’t that what they’re suppose to do anyway? WTF!! We’ve got your list of stuff to buy at Walmart and Amazon from you must have video. Keep them coming!

    Thank you! I'm very grateful for your video and perfect timing! I pick up my Tellaro 20L tomorrow. And thanks for Woof or I wouldn't know to verify the solar battery type setting. I'm so excited! Enjoyed your Likes and Dislikes videos as well.

      @@Adventure-Mom Went great and I used all of your suggestions. Also changed the battery type to AGM from "WET" - guessing that's a default setting. Thanks!

    Good pre-delivery. Many don't get the class before they take possession.

      Hello Joy, I agree that many people think that because it is new they do not need to do a PDI or spend time learning about the coach. Unfortunately, they find out the hard way when they have issues and they have to wait 3-6 months to get it repaired. If you discover any issues during the PDI they usually get repaired right way. Thanks for Watching!

    Like your videos, I’ve watched a ton of them. I am waiting for HOA approval before I buy. I have selected the Scope 18M as my future camper van as anything longer might not be approved, I put a refundable deposit on one of the last 2022’s because of a 😢 $18,000 price increase, just 5 months ago, for new 2023’s. Since I would have to pick it up out of state, I will use this video as a guide, as I want to catch all issues early on, thank you for this guide😊

      @Adventure-Mom  Před rokem

      Hello jacwar55, Congrats on the purchase, I like the 18M layout as well but it is really important that you conduct a though PDI to ensure you do not end up with problems after driving it home. I have created a couple different videos on doing a PDI, but the important thing to remember is to test everything (no matter how small) and have them repair all the findings before you sign the papers for the final purchase. I imagine the $18k price difference is due to the new Ram Platform with the main difference being the 9 speed transmission. Happy trails and Thanks for Watching!

    One item for clarification is that when testing the microwave function, instead of running it empty, put a coffee cup of water in the microwave and then start it. Just because the fan & turn table work when you start the microwave does not necessarily mean the klystron (produces the microwaves that heat food.water) is working. You can only verify the klystron by assuring the water in the coffee cup gets hot.

    • @Adventure-Mom
      @Adventure-Mom  Před rokem

      Hello Jerco, I definitely also make sure to test that the microwave produces heat. During my PDI I put some water in a coffee cup and then tested to see if the microwave would heat it up. Thank you for watching!

    You are the first person to mention about not taking delivery of your new RV until they fix everything. Like you said once you drive it off the lot it is your problem. And it can take months to get anything fixed on these RVs as the service departments are swamped.
    These dealers that say they treat their customers like family do not tell them that do they. They want you to drive that RV off the lot as soon as possible.

    • @Adventure-Mom
      @Adventure-Mom  Před 2 lety

      You are 100% correct. I believe you can avoid many hassles if you conduct a PDI as thoroughly as you can before purchasing. Thanks For Watching!

    I wanted to know how you'll shut off the BMPRO, Have you Updated your RVMaster App & Firmware on the BMPRO.? Thanks

    • @Adventure-Mom
      @Adventure-Mom  Před 3 lety

      I shut off the BMPRO by turning the main power switch to the off position. I have not done any updates to the firmware however if there are any updates needed I'm sure they'll update it the next time it is brought in.
      Thanks for watching!

      @Adventure-Mom  Před 3 lety +2

      Agreed, I had pointed this out in my Top 15 dislikes about the Tellaro video. I emptied the tanks after my last trip ... and now they indicate 1/3 full ... how did that happen?

    Your battery type is set wrong for your solar charger. It should be set to AGM. It the bottom button to cycle through the types. It’s capable of charging AGM, WET(lead acid like a car battery) and Lithium Ion.

    • @Adventure-Mom
      @Adventure-Mom  Před 3 lety

      Wow, good eyes! I did not even notice that. That is how it was set when I bought the RV 5 months ago. It must have been set wrong from the beginning as I have not changed anything with the solar unit. It was easy to change to AGM. Thanks for watching and sharing!

    Rudy, Great Video. I am getting ready to buy a 2020 Thor Sequence 20K (same as Tellaro 20K). It will have the 2 AGM batteries and the generator. Do you know if the batteries can get charged by driving? I understand solar does not supply enough power to charge the battery bank, and we will be boondocking more than plugging in to shore power. Have you done any boondocking? What is your experience? Do you need to leave the generator running? Thanks

    • @Adventure-Mom
      @Adventure-Mom  Před rokem

      Hello Barry, My current Thor Sanctuary does charge the AGM house batteries while the engine is running but I do not remember if my Tellaro did the same. My solar panel does provide enough power to keep my batteries charged with the refrigerator (sunny south FL) on and you can always purchase add on solar panels if you plan to stay off grid for an extended amount of time. Of course, you can always charge your batteries with the generator but I found that I really only use the generator when I run the AC. Hope this helps and thank you for watching my videos.
