Yes such BIG gardens in Serbia! Almost full acre I would say, at least 3/4 for home garden, not counting polje. Do you know where we have blue and golden plum seeds here in the US? Dear Chef Baba and Damir, my Baba and my Mother used to use canned Pet (or Carnation) Evaporated Milk (not to be confused with Sweetened Condensed Milk) in their Mashed Potatoes. I have used both Milk and the Evaporated Milk and like them both. The Evaporated Milk is thicker than Milk and makes the potatoes a little creamier and “richer”. You may want to try it one day... Everybody always seem to really like them with Evaporated Milk. I LOVE SCHNITZEL, as well as, Spinach and Mashed Potatoes but, unfortunately, I now have Chronic Kidney Disease and am not supposed to eat either Potatoes or Spinach. They are High it Oxcylates which help form Kidney Stones! 🙁 But, sometimes I cheat just a little and eat them!! Haha!! Keep up the great work!! Like you apron Damir! 😘😍🤗
