I am married to a Hungarian/Croatian 😘 his mother was a wonderful cook also, you remind me of her so much. When you said you measured with your hand that’s what she would tell me when I would ask her for recipes. Re Chicken soup they left the vegetables whole like you. I just found you two and I LOVE you two!!! I can't quit smiling and that's a GREAT GIFT!You ARE making her life wonderful, full of love and purpose and she's SO PROUD of you!! You are SO lucky to have Baba and create such fun memories. You'll love these even more at my age, honey!Reminds me of mine.....I called her Mucka (long story) I moved next door (for 12 years) to her after college. I taught Math. I took her everywhere. She was loved by my friends, my dates, my 7th hr. students!!! She was a bit of a recluse prior. When we found bone cancer (already stage 4) it was from pain after digging 12 holes for fence at 82. She fired the man hired because he was not good..lolI moved in with her then. Oh, she was still teaching me as she planted her flowers, garden, mowed, cooked, sewed. Who'd have known she was in hospital for 4 days each month taking chemo called "the red devil" until her last 2 months. I was able to keep her in her house which was her biggest request. Even that time has sweetest times, laughter...She was my BEST friend, I loved her and I knew she adored me. .Oh, those were MY VERY favorite years. Many of my friends favorites, also. Especially, now that we are older. We fondly recall Mucka, our joy often. I'm sorry for my personal regression. I've never told to a computer share...oh, but my heart is flowing over...THANK YOU, thank you, thank you and thank you for sharing these cooking videos, her recipes and the LOVE..
