@@Ginguredrunner i had the GT 2000 12 and it was by far the fastest stability shoes I ever had. I could run faster and beat the my Pegasus 40 and Adizero SL last year. And it was a tinny slower than my Velocity Nitro 3 ! If the GT 2000 13 keeps or lower the weight and can get a better grip rubber in the forefoot ....OMG ! The rubber on the toe off was a bit slippery at faster paces. Also it was a bit hot with that tongue... things too improve.
@@MiracleWarriors have you tried the trail version of the GT 2000 12? That would definitely add traction. I read somewhere that v13 will come at a slightly heavier weight. I hope they make the upper more breathable like V11.
Nice. I did not know about a trail version for the GT 2000. Asics has so many shoes ! Not counting the sneakers, I bet they launch every year like 50 different running shoes... how that possible.
Tried my nimbus 26 down the canal got me 5 mins over my Nike Invincibles 1. Not just down to the shoe but promising for 1st proper outing and a sub 2 just 😊
I noticed from your behind the scenes/podcast episode on shoe categories and now this video that the cracks are beginning to show in you trying to make sense of the ridiculousness of modern running shoes.
Interesting review, but how about testing the newly revamped New Balance 860 v14 and comparing it with the neutral New Balance 880. I bought myself a pair of NB860 v14’s last weekend and they’re really good now the offset has been reduced to 8mm. I had version 9 which was quite good, but I didn’t get on with the v10’s as they were too firm. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that Run Testers or another British run shoe reviewer will feature them sometime soon.I do have a pair of Asics Gel Trabucos I’ve had for a long time and they’re still pretty decent.
Hi! I'm looking for a shoe that provides excellent support for my feet. I’m not necessarily looking for a running stability shoe, but rather something with a strong emphasis on overall support. I'm not a runner, but I do spend many hours on my feet, so it's important to me that the shoe is soft and comfortable, but also provides significant support. For example, if brands like Birkenstock or Teva Naot made a running shoe, that’s the kind of support I'm looking for. Perhaps there's a model similar to the Nike Structure 25 and Saucony Omni 22? Just for reference I've tried the hurricane 24 and did not like it as it felt unnatural and weird. I would greatly appreciate your recommendations. Thank you!

Will be awesome if the GT 2000 13 also comes with that 4D guidance system ! But I doubt the GT will get that this year.
