Hi Laila, can we cook the chicken and then layer with the rest of the things? Please let me know if we can, and how do we cook the chicken separately? Hope to hear from
You
I would suggest to marinate the chicken not cook but if you don’t like it this way then fry the chicken for only until chicken catch a bit colour then remove from oil and marinate the same way as video
@@lailajugon1802 thanks for getting back:) Oh I meant to cook the marinated chicken and then layer with rice!
Y u didnt fry the chicken?will it cook enough ?
Laila i have a question, if ever i want to add beans and carrots to the chicken briani... do i put it along with the chicken and potatoes when layering or should i set it separately? Would be grateful if you can reply.

I am intrigued, Don't you marinade your chicken?
You can definitely marinade your chicken over night or for few hours but if you’re in a rush no worries just you still going to get the best Biryani
@@lailajugon1802 Thank you. I tried it. Now resting after cooking. It tastes good. Thank you so much for your recipe and quick reply.
Salaam Laila. Can i use this recipe for fish biryani ? I am planning to make some for lunch today.. thanks for advising. ❤️
Yes you can but just add an extra onions because fish absorbs a lot of moisture/gravy/sauce

You have a soft mellow voice :)
Cause créole kan pa cone prononce mot en anglais
The food color is not good for health..
Your chicken looks a little burnt and the potatoes? Why is that
Hi dear I personally like my Briyani in the bottom to get brown colour as is not really burnt but it has a touch of brown colour and as we serve the burning part will be mine and if you don't want yours to burn then just follow the recipe on how much you have to cook it
@@lailajugon1802 ok thanks so much for clarifying. Will be attempting this soon!! :)
Why do u think if u r showing something u must be sure if it's perfect or not
midou forever hi dear before I posted any recipes I make sure that I tested them I tried them or I always make them and my intention is to share recipes with all of you with Love

Speak creole dear
Candians pas comprend Créole!
Hate food colour its not healthy and dangerous
Just use turmeric - healthy, delicious and adds as much yellow colour as you could want!
