- This is a better pellet maker for cutting larger diameter filaments at high speed ;
The coupling is necessary, it can firmly grasp the T milling cutter;
If you have your own filament-making machine, you definitely need this,
Because a large number of filaments with unstable diameters are always produced at the beginning of debugging the machine,
With it you won't waste any material.
Machines with similar functions on the market sell for up to 3000+USD;
Now you can get it for less than 30USD!

your industrial design resourcefulness is mighty, great info thank you
This is awesome!
Congratulations, great project!
Excuse me, where can I find the STL files?

Parabens, muito bom
man o' man, you have some crazy CAD skills! Great Job! Have you made any progress on your extruder in terms of filament diameter control?
Diychen link not working
Which program do you use for planning/construction? I would like to construct a filament melter inspired by your other video to process the PET packaging that we otherwise throw away. I am planning 2 melting stages to better compensate for the non-uniform filament thickness via a speed control loop and would like to know what you are working with, since I usually only use Blender for 3D modeling

@@diychen thanks 👍
Did you make it? If so can I get a list of the bought metal parts. Sadly the video does not give enough detail
quick question, what infill % did you use for your prints? amazing design btw
Design is shitty. I made it and the filament is winding inside.
Hi @diy chen, this is a lovely design! is there any chance you have any of the metal parts kitted out left? i saw on your website there arent any, but figured i'd ask before ordering it all myself. or maybe a BOM list besides the video? thanks in advance!
I hope the same, I wish to buy one as well.

@@gersoncastro3710 I never did. also found that the video was not detailed enough :(
@@bencolbourn374Also it looks like it called out the wrong size carbide lathe insert.
@@soundsparkyou are right. I made this using his video, but it doesn't work, because filament keeps winding inside. The idea is cool, but don't waste your time making this.
What cad software your using?

Stl files needed , plz

Any plans for restocking of the metal parts? If not, could you add a BOM to the Thingiverse page?
If you still need the parts list, I can provide you with. Only in China it will cost you $50, in the US it's more like $200. Plus he made a mistake in one part. I tried mine and it doesnt work, so I won't suggest this to anyone. Waste of time and money :(
@@chilloxik I'm working on building the Teaching Tech pelletizer to be hones.
@@soundspark little bit too complex for me at this point, but he has a nice channel. I'll try meat mincer.
@@soundspark I hope it works for you, for me it's too time consuming as I need it for project and I won't use it anymore afterwards.
hey. where can i buy the stl for this?

@@diychen hey Chen i have sent you an email, but when would the filament extruder and parts for the shredder available on your website again?

@@gersoncastro3710I made it, do you need the list still? I don't recommend this design, it's just shitty.
In which world this make sense to use? Buy expensive filament to cut it to cheaper pellets?
Waste of developing time.
