Hi question when I make tapioca pearls at home how long should I boil them for? So that they come out chewy?
hi! it depends if you’re boiling fresh pearls or the ones you buy from the grocery store :)
im sure its when they start floating u just turn off the heat then keep them on for like 5 mins then that will work :)
What temp and volume do u use to brew green, black, and oolong?

Hi!! Can you please let me know what is different temperature brewing between Oolong tea and Earl Grey???
At palgong, earl grey should be brewed at 96 degrees and oolong at 85-86 degrees. Hope this helps!
