For anyone who is wondering, the Drum Majors seen in the video are: Senior Drum Major Damian Thomas, Drum Major Scott Fitzgerald, Drum Major Andrew Crew, Drum Major Harry Sutton, and Drum Major Jack Barker. The marches heard in the video are: 1. Scarlet and Gold 2. Arnhemland 3. Normandy Veterans
The third march is 'Normandy Veterans' composed by Chris North, the former Bandmaster of The Band of The Duke of Wellington's Regiment, in the year 1986. It was the official march of the 'Normandy Veterans' Association' which disbanded in 2014 and was clearly chosen on this occasion to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D - Day.

We Brits maybe can't sort out the mess of lately i.e. Brexit !! But at least we know how to put on a bit of Bloody good Marching to Music . Saturday I'll be wearing my Late Fathers Miniature Service Medals in respect for him and other fallen Soldiers, and all Military Personal.
David: Would be an honor to meet you, sir! I salute your late father! Perhaps, he was of the greatest generation and valiantly defended the British homeland? I'm hoping to make it to the UK next year as I am creating a memorial to honor the eleven bandsmen of Her Majesty's Royal Marines who perished in the bombing of the Deal Depot in 1989. My hope is that they will accept my gesture at the Montbatten Festival of Music 2021. I consider myself a displaced British citizen of 60 years as my ancestors hail from Scotland. I greatly admire the British (flaws and all) and have always felt a strong connection to the British Isles.

the last rank left file drummer from the Welsh guards corps of drums is wearing a drummers sword , anyone know what's up with that? Drummers swords were abolished in 1905 .
Each year the Director of Infantry selects the drummer (L/Cpl or Cpl) who has contributed most during the year. That drummer receives a sword contributed by the Worshipful Company of Cutlers and is therefore known as the Cutlers Sword. The sword is presented by the Lord Mayor of London at the Lord Mayor's Show. The Corps of Drums Society plays a role in organizing these events.
