@@vantao9408 you don't get what I'm saying.. He rolled it or used a weight holder to get it out.. Lifting it up is a whole separate job.. Which you don't even see being done which makes me believe people helped get the weight on his back before he squats.

Try the 1.5 variation and add a tempo to it. Your legs will be fried

Highly recommend cycling outdoors too .... do hiit type sprints or uphill challenges. My calves look amazing

@@rupok2994 no you cannot spot reduce fat. cycling is good cardio though and it will train your calves and quads so they will get toned
